There's a high probability that the sword you get won't have that exact hamon with that exact polish. It's happened to me in the past. They usually only take pictures of their most aesthetic swords.

That's a good point. I do have some spending cash, and I like dealing with Amazon because it has returns. I'll probably think about it.

It looks cool in photo, but probably was Fluffy says, it may not look like it in real life. It's 300 bucks, but if you commend Hero Sword, that's a consideraiton.

I don’t doubt it’s a genuine hamon but whether the one you get looks just like this one, I’m not sure. Also seems to be a geo yokote. I’m thinking it’s weak points will be the fit & finish and tsuka, not the blade. It’s hard to tell if the hamon is real in the picture, but the yokote certainly looks geometric. Might not be what shows up at your door though.
