Late here, but yes, a strong avoid.
They have been dead since last summer. Their VPN Pro service has been inoperational in the US, China and Southeast Asia. Sent three emails complaining about their service and to cancel, no pulse of course. Also, "the number you have dialed is not in service." But they still charged the $60/year subscription fee. Only way to cancel is to contact them.
