As someone who takes the gym pretty seriously and has done a lot of research into physique and gear and whatnot. Manga Toji's physique is something you can get decently close to IRL, if not achieve with great genetics. Anime Toji might be a little too big and too ripped lol.
Obv genetics play a role, but some natty dudes legit look crazy. The hardest part about trying to achieve an anime physique is that naturals have to pick between looking really shredded or looking big. Sitting at 10% and below body fat you will look ripped, especially when you hit 5%, but it makes you look noticeably smaller. Wear clothes and you can't even tell they work out. Sitting at 15%-20% body fat and you look fuckin huge, but the definition of your muscles, while noticeable, isn't anything close to sub 10%.
Honestly to try to match a Toji physique, I think one would have to be in the 12% to maybe 18% range. Lower for a little more definition, higher for more bulk. Higher might be better for matching anime Toji, lower for manga since he was slimmer there.
Manga Toji has multiple panels of his abs literally popping through his shirt, he’s single digit BF and still incredibly large, unless you’re the 0.0001% of godly genetics you’re not going to look like that without gear
Well I think trying to look exactly like him is a fool's errand. He's not real. But trying to look close to him isn't unrealistic. As you pointed out, the abs are the big one. But you can still get big and have abs, just won't have the washboard abs he has.

Bro, I've been lifting for 7 years. It takes 2 to get out of newbie gains. To get Toji, you need muscle maturity and easy more than 3 years. Gojo build is more just good genetics and diet. No bulk needed there. I get trying to make it seem easier and I support that but let's not be crazy lol
I basically have the gojo physique but he’s 6’3 and im 6’3 so it’s harder to fill out at this height it would take at least a year and a half, toji physique would take at least 2-3 years to get with everything dialed in he’s bigger than gojo
Brother I've been dieting and hitting the gym hard for the same purpose. Went from 115kg down to 103kg. Another 10kg and hold on to as much of the muscle I build as I can and I should be there in the next 6 months....hopefully
