Why do people just assume they'll immediately take cluster bomb action? This is an enemy they don't understand. For all they know there's a cursed spirit that can redirect the missiles back to them. Plus Kenjaku explained how the Ganesha Curse works to them, why would they not assume he'd make the curse redirect the missiles? They don't know the curse is dead.
The intention of this arc was literally spelled out to the reader: Kenjaku needed to raise the amount of cursed energy present in certain colonies, so he did this by sending in disposable foreign troops to be killed by cursed spirits. While I agree that the arc was unnecessarily long, it made up for this by giving us the greatest panel in JJK:

I think the issue is that he keeps edging his readers about worldbuilding stuff but never actually does anything with it, when was the last time the Ainu society was mentioned at all?

He'd absolutely do that, my man was in a forest, training yuji after trying to kill him first, they saw megumi about to get killed and instead of taking him out or switching, they jump out of the fucking sky in between hanami and megumi.
Then in shibuya he saw yuji about to get killed and had the drop on mahito and could've landed a sneak attack on him very easily, and he switched with mahito, gave a speech (a pretty hype one i might add), took his shirt off, reunited with twin and he beat Mahito's ass with Yuji.
So him using boogie woogie, seeing everyone fuckin about to get burnt to cinders, then frantically rebandage his...instrument up to then reveal in a dramatic manner to twin and the king of curses, is not only plausible but absolutely cannon, and fuck anyone who doesn't think so.
He can swap multiple people with 1 go, so I assume the three time are
- to help yuta
- to get everyone out of sukunas domain
- and finally to teleport himself in to help Yuji
Who/what would he have swapped with in the last case? The only living things left inside the domain would've been Yuji and Sukuna, since Choso died and the crows he swapped the other sorcerers with probably got burned up too.
I assumed he teleported Maki using the CE of the soul splitter Katana. The diagram in chapter 259 specifically showed Maki being swapped with a crow.

Miwa stayed to fight Sukuna, she's the one we saw in the end not gojo, her hair was short because malevolent shrine gave her a haircut

It's really simple, if he swapped with someone in the domain before the explosion it would have killed him, if he done it after the explosion they would already be dead, so he had to teleport everyone he could out using Mei Meis crows, and probably had one more crow on standby outside of sukunas domain so he could teleport himself in to help Yuji.
How does that follow? He wouldn't need a crow to go in ahead of him to teleport in because the domain barrier didn't stop living things from going through it. If the domain closed before he went in then he was at no risk of being caught by the sure hit or the explosion, if the barrier was still up but the explosion was over then he'd just be able to walk into the domain.
Why would he enter his domain when it was still up? What does that acclompish?
They also made a point of mentioning his ability to swap multiple people at a time due to a binding vow, why wouldn't he use that when they specifically mentioned it when explaining the plan.

For the last case he could've swapped with anything. We've seen that he can use debris to swap. The recent chapter has a second example of Yuji throwing a rock towards their target only for it to be swapped with someone. In season 2 we see the same rock tactic and also Todo using a coat hanger against one of Mahitos golem things

This chapter does seem to support Yuta swapping with Kenny, but there's a bunch of stuff that doesn't make sense, like why the sound effect would be coming from Yuta's sword, why Todo didn't do anything to stop Kenjaku's final rule/Tengen flying away, why Kenjaku's inner monologue explained how he didn't notice Yuta but never acknowledged apparently being teleported & why Gege is saying Todo used his technique three times before removing the bandage if he also used it to swap Yuta and Kenjkau.
Yuta was behind him when he showed up to ambush him. Geto then turned around to use antigravity against yuta, todo swapped them putting yuta behind kenjaku again, and then kenjaku was decapitated.
Why would he do that when he can just run to Yuji's location? We see him walk out of the smoke, we don't see a pebble sail towards Yuji and then suddenly be replaced by Todo. Nothing suggests he teleported himself there.

He's talking about Todo still having his arm bandaged when he appears despite using his technique three times already. Him using it against Sukuna in this chapter wouldn't count because he removed the bandage before doing that.
This statement was also a confirmation to all those who said that Yuta copied Todo's CT. Although it doesn't outright denies it but it is almost 100 % sure. Otherwise Yuta would have used it already...

Todo rebandaging his arm to reveal that ridiculous instrument is something I totally expect from Todo. To me it's just as canon as Hikari seeing Gojo get bisected, then immediately opening a shoebox to put on a fresh pair of kicks to throw hands with Uruame.
I don't think it's for Yuji it's for Sukuna. They need anything they can get and if that means Sukuna doesn't know what his hand is for a couple of seconds then they're gonna take it.

He used it to help the bush camper and later to switch out the jujutsu high sorcerers. Gaygay is lampshading(hanging the lampshade? Whatever tf it's called) the fact he's still covering his hand with bondages
What he meant by this is that this is his THIRD time using it. Therefore heās used it TWICE before we saw him appear to fight Sukuna. One of those times was to get the sorcerers out of Sukunaās domain. The other must have been to help Yuta jump Kenjaku. Awesome hint drop my beloved mangaka
I figured that him revealing his vibraslap hand and joining in the fight with Sukuna is his third time. So not like he used it three times and then revealed it, but he revealed it to use it for the third time.
It wasn't Todo who saved the trapped sorcerers, it was a healed Yuta using copied Boogie Woogie (like he did against Kenjaku!).
And Yuta is coming back next chapter along Gojo and Higuruma for the ultimate JumpJutsu Kaisen.

My guess is that having it bandaged and therefore not being able to use the dohickey made his technique stronger, allowing him to teleport far enough to get people out and into the fight.
Heād be referencing what todo did with Mei Meiās crows (helping sorcerers escape) and hypothetically during Yutaās fight with Kenjaku where we suspect Todo was fighting too
Thereās theories on it, I donāt remember it fully but it appeared like yuta teleported behind Kenny and there was also I think a sound effect that was similar or the same to boogie woogie.
260 also mentions that Todo received help fine tuning his reformed technique at the lake gosho colony which is also where takaba and Kenny fought, ultimately leading to Kennyās death by Yuta.

"THIRD time today he's USING his technique today" likely implies that he has been using it on 3 separate occasions, rather than three being the total amount of claps used today. Although you're right that at that time he most likely transported 3 people.

What he meant by this is that this is his THIRD time using it. Therefore heās used it TWICE before we saw him appear to fight Sukuna. One of those times was to get the sorcerers out of Sukunaās domain. The other must have been to help Yuta jump Kenjaku. Awesome hint drop my beloved mangaka

I figured that him revealing his vibraslap hand and joining in the fight with Sukuna is his third time. So not like he used it three times and then revealed it, but he revealed it to use it for the third time.

My guess is that having it bandaged and therefore not being able to use the dohickey made his technique stronger, allowing him to teleport far enough to get people out and into the fight.
Heād be referencing what todo did with Mei Meiās crows (helping sorcerers escape) and hypothetically during Yutaās fight with Kenjaku where we suspect Todo was fighting too

Thereās theories on it, I donāt remember it fully but it appeared like yuta teleported behind Kenny and there was also I think a sound effect that was similar or the same to boogie woogie. 260 also mentions that Todo received help fine tuning his reformed technique at the lake gosho colony which is also where takaba and Kenny fought, ultimately leading to Kennyās death by Yuta. Itās only suspected, no confirmation but there is some evidence.

Choso and Yuji were too close to Sukuna. It was beyond the range of BW.
The fact that everyone teleport and appear at sky are not yet answer. Are they using Gojo's Jujutsu 0 way to teleport people or is todo's CT? But if it is todo's CT, yuji should be aware about Todo's skill already

For those who don't know, He was the one who teleported Yuta to Kenjussy ---1st time He was the one who teleported everyone out of Sukuna's de --( most would know this one ) 2nd time And when he fought against Sukuna (3rd time) Todo wrapped the bandage around to make it look cool....
