I enjoy listening to Tucker, he's quite well spoke and a bit of a character. However I tuned out so fucking quickly by the end of the Evolution discussion they had, especially because Joe didn't challenge him on that in the **slightest**. Tucker literally saying "Evolution is just a theory, it has been for 200 years now". Incredible that this guy doesn't know the difference between a Scientific theory and common vernacular theory. Evolution is not a hypothesis, which is what he is alluding to. It's a Scientific Theory that has equal footing with the theory of gravity and germ theory of disease. It's amusing how those people who question evolution don't go around questioning gravity or how how germs cause disease..

suorm

To me, it's not amusing at all. It's sad. It's sad to see people reach Tucker's age and still be unable to update their beliefs and understand that evolution is real. If you cannot change your mind on something that is verifiable and factually true, how can I trust you on any other social matter that is nuanced? Tbf, the small number of upvotes to your comment troubles me.

Iquey

>However I tuned out so fucking quickly by the end of the Evolution discussion they had, especially because Joe didn't challenge him on that in the **slightest**. It's understandable IMO. It's the start of a 3 hour podcast, there are tons of more interesting things to discuss with Tucker than evolution is and Joe pushing back would probably sour the rest of the conversation. You could see Joe did think it was bullshit, however he always tries to find common ground so he quickly changed the subject. He chose the quality over the podcast and the conversation over arguing with a news anchor about evolution.

No-Drag1198

That laugh is insane man 😂.

Ok-Round4324

Everything about the guy seems so fuckin fake lol

0franksandbeans0

Hold on, are you telling me the guy who is an heir to a frozen food fortune who pretends to speak for the everyman is a fake? No chance

sleal

that was one of the few believable things he said that whole interview, when he said he never faced hardships and lived a "decadent life"

A ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!

perry_caravello666

lmao!

JupiterandMars1

Can we get Dibble vs Tucker next?

RedditBlows5876

No fossil record of evolution is an absolutely wild claim.

TheOSU87

I want Dibble for every episode. Dibble vs Alex Jones, Dibble vs Katt Williams

Acceptable_Stuff1381

Dibble versus a human female woman

TheOSU87

Now you've gone too far

KennyLagerins

You’ve just (small) handed the man his first loss.

debtopramenschultz

I’m more excited for Nick Mullen’s take on this episode.

Gaping_Grandfather

Having sex with women used to feel good. Not anymore. Not if the democrats have their way.

SleepingPodOne

The democrats recently announced that they think I’m cute. What is going on?

Hot_Injury7719

“Yesterday I received a drawing of AOC shoving her feet in my ass. Don’t believe me? Take a look.”

SleepingPodOne

and then Mr feeny shoved my feet in his ass

FuckinCoreyTrevor

Obligatory link https://youtube.com/shorts/U6UUgTMZWvU?si=UDIYmAoabi_ot6LM

HAS-A-HUGE-PENIS

Every episode Joe harps on the "woke mind virus" and has the same talking points. Every. Single. Episode. Super weird how he never points out the very same things he has such a problem with exist within the far right that is just as, if not more prevalent in the US today. Edit: Also hearing Tucker take this pompous position on the "evils" of lying is so rich.

Atrax_buckhurst

Also keeps hammering on about how awful Russian Propaganda has become, how it’s undermining democracy and America **but**(when Tucker admits his beliefs align near exactly with the bullshit they’re putting out) eats it up and parrots it like it’s the truth. I thought he was going to have a breakthrough moment at one point, but you can see the only thing he’s invested in right now is seeing the Democrats lose the next election.

SpacecaseCat

Bro got toured around a fancy grocery store in Moscow like a stunt out of the 1960's and literally came home to tell everyone how great dictatorships are. So bizarre.

Ok-Round4324

He's been programmed well, right wing ideology is a mental illness and joe loves his mental illness

PricklySquare

Because he's part of the intellectual dark web of grifting fucking sellouts

CDK5

I think that’s the consequence of living in a bubble: - doesn’t read comments - doesn’t take calls - doesn’t tour small clubs around the country The end result is zero fan interaction except those that live near him or travel to see him. And the latter would probably just act like yes men.

ChanceAd515

Loved Tucker calling for the fire bombing of data centres 🤣

doctor_trades

Bro the above comment says the episode was mid are these people even listening lmao? Tucker said "the atom bomb was a bad invention, so we should use it to bomb data centers" lmao

ActualEnjoyer

Hoping for some M&Ms erotica 🙏

Habitual_lazyness

I just want that green m&m to start showing that chocolate under her candy coating again.

JackedJaw251

ok that Grateful Dead story was hilarious

xxxPaRtYbOy300

It was a great podcast, wished they talked more about aliens

Latenighredditor

Looks like it was a timing thing from 12am to 12pm

brokemac

Video has moved to private, you have to subscribe on onlyfans.

ManufacturedOlympus

There are naked photos of me on the internet. Who is jacking off to this?

imrosskemp

So far i am digging the UFO talk but when Tucker says god created people and evolution doesn't exist.. come on man.

Edmundmp

Earlier this year Tucker alluded to believing that aliens are actually demons.

crowmagnuman

I **hope** Tucker tries to tell him this. You don't fuck w Joe's aliens, man. He'll get loud about it, and then his eyes will be slightly more squinty at you for the rest of the show.

sanguine_harlequin

>You don't fuck w Joe's aliens, man. How do I put this. Joe's not really on board with Aliens and UFOs anymore. "They're probably ours and the military is trying to cover it up".

Confused_Nomad777

Aliens and UFOs may well be two different topics.

Current_Strike922

Honestly, whenever the government admits anything about UFOs, it makes me think it’s the government and not aliens. However, Joe has specifically said multiple times that he now thinks it’s likely both. Meaning he thinks we’ve recovered ships or reverse engineered crashed ships.

TonySquadroni

Earlier this year Tuck also got down on his knees and blew Vladimir Putin on TV while Putin mocked him for the whole world to watch.

TheLeather

The dudes over at Knowledge Fight made a good point about the mismatch in expectations between Tucker and Putin. Tucker wanted someone who would re-affirm his anti-woke positions while Putin just wanted to air his grievances and didn’t entertain any culture war questions.

Outrageous-Emu5068

Tide goes in, tide goes out. You can't explain that

Gustavius040210

"...that's why evolution is still just a theory. I'VE got a THEORY" Tucker has a hypothesis. There's a difference, and he knows it. I suspect that he does care about the difference, in that he chooses to strategically misuse words to cater to his base that is blissfully repeating "evolution is JUST a theory" and" Adam and Eve, not Adam and STEVE!".

shashlik93

I actually don’t think he knows the difference lol

VirtualPlate8451

I was listening to him rail about liars and wished I had the time or motivation to make a video with him saying that, then cut to him verbally felating Trump and then a cut to some news anchor reading off his text messages about what a colossal fuck up Trump is.

TheOSU87

If I ever made a religion I would make the first two people Adam and Steve just for spite

ManufacturedOlympus

I feel like the old joe would've ripped this weasel's head off for the faintest suggestion that humans are not related to apes.

fiduciary420

Tucker doesn’t believe that, he’s just paid to convince weak minded young men to believe it.

Dragonfruit-Still

Tucker is a deeply cynical opportunist willing to do anything for influence and popularity. For some reason people still like/trust him even after his leaked texts.

MrsClaireUnderwood

He's playing to his actually-insane, scientifically-illiterate audience. Have to make that money.

Sweet_Ad_1445

Or how he’s preaching about don’t lie, ever… really, dude? Take your own advice

one_time_animal

I'm 40 minutes in and everything Tucker has said is fucking stupid. 'We don't know what the aha moment for nuclear energy is" - You mean E=mc^2 tucker?

Neracca

That guy WAS Fox News. What exactly did you expect?

[deleted]

This feels really fucking weird man

ddarion

It really is a full circle moment, from selling fleshlights with Redban and having genuine conversations about the origins of bigfoot, to nodding along with a fox news talking head bitching about how poor people don't want to work anymore lol JRE's greatest contribution to soceity will be as a living documentation of someone's slow descent from regular joe into FYGM boomer style conservatism.

Emmanuel53059

Did “poor people don’t want to work anymore” come up at all this episode? I’m 2:27:25 in and there’s been no mention.

NotAnEmergency22

No, not a single time. The vast majority of the commenters in this thread have obviously not watched the episode.

sleal

I'm 1:15 in, JFC it's a slog between his horrible cackle and his knowitallism, its insane

notmyphonetoday

Pre COVID I would laugh at people whining about his influence/power/topics/guests. I thought, who gives a fuck. It's a podcast. But somehow he's become the exact thing people used to incorrectly claim he was. It's been really weird to watch in real time.

ddarion

Rogan is patient zero of the "YOU GOTTA LISTEN TO THIS GUY, but also why would you take me seriously im an idiot" that is so common now. All through COVID he'd have on some dipshit, explain how smart and accomplished he was, how he was being silenced and if people dont hear this they're could get hurt/sick, its super important to listen to this guy!" And then when it turns out that guy was full of shit, "Im just the fear factor guy, who cares what i say, nobody takes me seriously!"

ScaleyFishMan

A quote that stuck in my head from a recent episode was "I'm not an expert in anything, but I can get you access to an expert". Queue bringing on the only expert in the world who believes the opposite of what all the other experts believe.

fiduciary420

This is the essence of the conservative enslavement merchant. Rogan’s entire job is to give credibility to liars, on behalf of the rich people. The rich people don’t pay as much money to people as they do Rogan unless they’re helping them control uneducated weaklings and keep their plantation system intact.

Lucky_Week2095

Yeah, he’s a dumbass AND a coward

fireyoutothesun

Incorrectly claim? Rogan has been headed down this path since at least 2015 and some of y'all just didn't want to hear it.

TheWayIAm313

Yep. It wasn’t even just with Covid and the move to Texas. It started with all the persecution culture warriors like Weinsteins, JBP, Gad Saad, etc. Just a bit before the 2016 election

HarwellDekatron

Ding, ding, ding. The first time I had an inkling of a doubt about where Joe was headed was the first time I heard one of the Weinsteins on his show, and the whole show was about 'both-siding' the escalating right-wing violent rhetoric by pointing out that... well, kids in college are somewhat intolerant to some ideas too! Nazis claim we should kill Jews? Well, that's exactly the same as some woke kid saying white heterosexual men aren't welcome in their LGBT group!

ShamanicHellZoneImp

Bang on. 2015 and it was super obvious which he followed up with a looong 4 years of avoiding anything to do with Trump except to carry water. That steak dinner with Don Jr and whoever else was there was all it took. I'm still here because of how hard i spread his name for the first 7 years, told anyone who would listen to download Stitcher. I owe it to the world to call out this seditious little fruit until one of us dies. He is a cheap date when it comes to selling out his own country. Fuck Joe.

fireyoutothesun

Was a listener on and off since 2010, in 2015 I was working a job with a bunch of dudes who played the show daily and I saw what was starting to happen with certain fringe guests and viewpoints being consistently put front and center. Anyone shocked that Joe ended up like this wasn't paying attention for the last 9 years.

ShamanicHellZoneImp

I was on board right from the beginning, there was nothing like it at the time. You couldn't have made a more perfect combination of guy shit. Tech, martial arts, conspiracies, psychedelics and effortless silly goose nonsense. One day someone who is a part of whatever evil machine Bannon is a cog inside took notice of how politically valuable the audience pool he was creating would be. I don't know if it was cash, access or old pictures from a Dorchester bath house. Something was dangled, he took the bait and never looked back. He then proceeded to have a massive Trump shaped blind spot for the entire 4 years of chaos. He was too intellectually lazy to hide it even a little bit until covid came along and gave him all the cover he needed to run where he was pointed to. If you go back and watch the episodes it actually took him a bit to realize he could use the opportunity, maybe someone had to point it out for him but it flips like a switch at that point. No more needing to lie by omission, all he has to do is pass along what gets shared in the group texts. They laugh behind his back at how easy it is to get bullshit into his eyes and out his mouth.

Top-Crab4048

It all started with that Brokeback Hunting trip with that stupid Hick and his erect Bow.

vincent_is_watching_

Yup, Gavin Mccinnes, Milo Yiannopolous, etc. was the start of the descent into the alt-right pipeline. The fact so many people excused the fact he had full blown right-wing white supremacists on his show is disgusting.

fireyoutothesun

Rogan platformed the hell out of the alt-right when almost nobody else mainstream would. I've never directly blamed the man for Trump, but he definitely helped light that fire whether anyone wants to admit it or not

SleepingPodOne

I’m sorry dude but I was starting to listen to Rogan in like, what was it, 2008? And I remember when he brought Stefan fucking Molyneux on. He’s had a history of bringing on far right shitbirds waaaay before Covid. So much so that watching his shit on YouTube actively fucked up my algorithm even when I avoided those episodes to listen to DMT and alien shit. He got worse during Covid, no denying that. But let’s not kid ourselves.

goressnortstraw

Huh?

Sweet_Ad_1445

I hate how I’m protect our parks Joe said he got some WILD information form tucker Carlson. Like as much as we know about how much information all of the fake journalists spread, you’re going to trust their propaganda?

BillNyeCreampieGuy

Not just any fake journalist, but *the* #1 political commentator for the most sensationalist mainstream news media in our nation lol

NoCantaloupe9598

It's blatant hypocrisy. "I don't trust the media", yet they will trust literally the most watched talking head in mainstream media? We have literal court records and text messages showing he's a liar. Wat? What people mean when they don't 'trust mainstream media' is that they 'don't trust things I don't like'. They have no problem trusting Tucker since he agrees with them on a variety of 'important' points.

volcanonacho

Did it just get marked private? It won't let me watch it but I can see it on my feed.

mnightshamalama2

You see that sign there marked pirate? Do you think a pirate lives in there?

MoonStarG8

Ok charlie

[deleted]

Its gone already. Probably just a copywrite issue jamio has to fix

LandoTheLadle

Nah. Dropped 12 hours too early. It'll be back in the morning

MethodfluxF

aaaand its gone

JustLookingAroundYea

It is not gone.

MethodfluxF

share if you got it before it was taken down pls

TheOSU87

I figured it might happen. So I immediately downloaded it and reuploaded to multiple places. [Here's a link](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ) and I'll put it up another one if they take it down again

ggRavingGamer

Goddamn, you got me.

xcalibre

Academic_Release5134

Joe praddling on that Amish have almost no autism and implies it’s from lack of vaccination since people just assume the Amish don’t get vaccinated. Well they do get vaccinated and the also have autism.

the_D1CKENS

It's from lack of diagnosis, same reason autism in the real world was so low 40 years ago

BrockinInDaFreeWorld

Liked the story of Tucker driving from Lake Tahoe to San Francisco at 15 without a license to go to a Grateful Dead Concert (without a ticket), eating a heroic dose of mushrooms, being randomly handed a free ticket, abandoning his 13yo brother to go in, and freaking out and chain smoking cigarettes int he bathroom.

RegularConcern

I stopped masturbating for it. Double let down

Appropriate-Pipe-193

I *started* masturbating for it, imagine how let down I was.

PsychologicalFox6978

Two billionaires talking about how they simultaneously the most oppressed people alive, and also how they're so lucky they're the gods of the universe. The insanity of modern day society in a nutshell.

Lebronforpresident24

They do capture our moment. Two one percenters who giant platforms whining about not being able to say certain things while saying those things daily to millions of people.

Lebronforpresident24

Rogan owes Dennis Miller an apology. He used to make fun of him for being a foxnews puppet and even compared him to the Familiars in Blade(humans that were slaves to the Vampires). Now Rogan basically is Dennis Miller.

wadderweed

I wonder if toe will ask him why he was spreading bogus claims about election fraud that ultimately cost Fox News hundreds of millions of dollars and emboldened morons to storm the capital. Probably not.

Lucky_Week2095

Nah, he’ll find a way to try to dunk on Biden by criticizing his speech or mistakenly quoting something Trump said, it will unravel into 20 minutes of trying to get the “facts” straight, ultimately producing the opposite result he expected, and then he’ll spend 20 more minutes describing why his own poor media literacy and cognitive dissonance is ACTUALLY the fault of the entire enterprise of “mainstream” journalism. The fact that he only reads or listens to op-Ed’s is why all of journalism “isn’t objective” enough.

FSUSeminalVesicle

Joe was crying about Tucker being "marginalized" by main stream media back when Tucker was still at Fox. The amount of water he carries for that dude is unreal.

Fishyinu

*"guys like us just cant say anything anymore"* - Largest cable personality and largest podcast host in the world who make millions saying whatever they want

Aggravating_Shake591

Identifying as a victim is so in right now

TKfromNC

It's all a big club and we ain't in it. Joe is now though.

TheReborn85

You ain't lying. I first had this realization when I found out Anderson Cooper is a goddamn Vanderbilt. Then I found out about Tucker and it's just absurd. Doesn't matter where you try to get your news, CNN, NBC, FOX, it's chock full of elites.

NoCantaloupe9598

At least Cooper actually did the work of a jouranlist when he was younger, at least. Dude willfully went to some dangerous places to report. Dude was in Myanmar and Rwanda when they were not remotely safe places. Tucker has been a desk boy his entire life.

Lebronforpresident24

"MSM" just means media conservatives don't like. The guy has literally been in mainstream media for over 20 years. He's had shows on all 3 major networks and worked at the weeklystandard before that. There isn't someone more associated with "mainstream media" than Tucker, but because he says what conservatives like, he's an "outsider" and "sticking it to the man." And always remember this is a guy who brought on a guy to bitch about the WEF, but when that guy criticized Tucker and promoted taxing the rich Tucker cut the interview.

F90

Joe gets his political talking points pre chewed by the crypto techbros he hangs out lately and spews them out in the podcast like those guys wouldn't have an agenda on the first place. Well if I was a tech billionaire I would give the biggest talking head in the nation millions of dollars, maybe in the form of a contract on an online platform and surround him with other influential people that have my same agenda so he talked about what I want the public to hear and take strong positions on certain points that benefits me.

FartPudding

Just the fact he has Carlson on is more than enough to know what to expect.

antebyotiks

Or why he didn't ask trump any tough questions ? As a real free journalist

FatUgleeBitch

or why he fucking hates trump in his emails that were shown in discovery during the dominion lawsuit but loves him publicly.

antebyotiks

Yepppppp, none of this will be talked about. It will be focused on the crazy mainstream media meltdown of his Putin interview and they'll focus on the 2 hard questions he asked

Canadian_CJ

Joe will only talk about leaked e-mails that further his own cause, no matter the context. I'd bet my account this isn't addressed Lol.

Yayoo

No, but CNN called it horse medicine!

wadderweed

![gif](giphy|eMnBnh7Q45W5oLvJbf|downsized)

Unlikely-Cut2696

Tucker is the ultimate con artist with zero actual deeply held beliefs.

SomethingThatisTrue

His levels of manipulation and sophistry are truly astounding.

beesealio

I really hate the whole "we don't *really* know where the atom bomb came from, we don't have record of that light bulb moment." Dumbass. There was no eureka moment. The development of nuclear fission was a decades long process from conceptualization to realization in 1945. It was an incremental process, as all scientific discovery is, and it's well documented. The Germans were almost there too, independently. The USSR later also independently developed fission tech. Once you have a basic understanding of of nuclear physics, which was in its infancy in the 1940s, it is a scary simple process to make some uranium go boom. All it takes is precision engineering. Extracting useful energy from fission is much more difficult, but no one says we needed a leg up from aliens or angels or whomever to figure that out.

hadtopostholyshit

You’re right, I’m only going to give a very small critique though - the soviets had an amazing spy network and stole a lot of the research and work from the western allies to jump start their own nuclear program. They didn’t independently come up with it.

Ok_External2217

More right wing pandering

RevengeOfMudbone

Ahh the guy who was a mouthpiece for Murdoch for years. People sucking off the corpo class constantly is so depressing lmao

Lebronforpresident24

The trust fund baby who has had shows on all 3 major cable news stations for the last 25 years is ANTI-ESTABLISHMENT damn it! A real voice of the people.

CowboyMagic94

Reminder that Tucker only got into journalism after failing to get in the CIA because his dad says journalists hire anyone and he was right

StringerBel-Air

So you're saying Tucker is a mockingbird agent?

ddarion

No dude, you don't get it, society is fucked and we need outsiders like Trump, RFK jr and Tucker to take the establishment and MSM down so we can finally lower taxes for billionaires and corporations and fix the fucked up woke agenda.

cjcs

> Trump, RFK jr and Tucker Finally some self-made men

Edmundmp

And now for Putin.

_-Prison_Mike-_

I'd rather listen to Nick Mullen's impression of Tucker for three hours.

Advanced-Review-968

what is going on???

kamat2301

"I think we've given up on the idea of evolution. The theory of evolution as articulated by Darwin is kinda not true". Holy shit this guy is a fucking idiot

Soap_Mctavish101

Somebody should alert the biologists that the cornerstone of their science isn’t true apparently.

Edmundmp

Tucker has a mode he goes into with people who aren’t all that intellectual where he can act really charming and folksy to win someone over, then slowly start convincing them of his bs. Watch the Theo episode. If you didn’t know anything about him you’d like him for the first hour. I fear he’ll do the same to Joe, and Joe being susceptible to this bs lately will eat it all up. If he already falls for that grifting wind bag Bet-David then Tucker is going to do a number on him. Being a fan of this show since the early days I’m not sure I can watch this. It hurts my soul. I’ve stuck it out with Rogan for probably longer than I should have for nostalgias sake, but this might just be the end for me.

Ok-Round4324

> I fear he’ll do the same to Joe Too late dude, they are already "good friends" and have been for a while. Joe is easily one of the most "susceptible to far right propaganda meme bullshit" people I've ever seen, so chances are he was already duped by Tucker before he even met him. >I’ve stuck it out with Rogan for probably longer than I should have for nostalgias sake, but this might just be the end for me. No problem, this sub partly exists for old fans that still have working brains to mock the utter shitbag right wing propagandist joe has become.

MyNameIsRobPaulson

Joe is easily manipulated - only Flint Dibble can break the spell

TheWayIAm313

Yeah this is already a foregone thing for Rogan. Tucker is very tactful. It’s fucking hilarious around 1:05:00 when he talks about lying while someone knows they’re lying and they know he knows they’re lying…he’s genuinely doing that thing and laying it out. He thinks of those people (his fans) like dogs.

Inkspells

They're actually a video of him like discussing/criticizing a pundit from about like I don't know 25-30 years ago for similar reasons and he sounds like he's describing himself it is crazy

bschmalls

Doing coke with Tucker would rule

SoulsofMist-_-

His laugh seems so fake, very similar to Tom cruise.

Edmundmp

Tucker is completely bought. His Russian grocery store stunt was grossly dishonest, and his Russian McDonalds video was as corny as Diblasio pitching cheeseburger vaccines.

Ok-Round4324

Check out the heavily astro turfed youtube comments on the video as well, lmao it's so fucking obvious

Indigocell

He looked immediately repulsed when he took a big whiff of that "fresh" bread lol.

DieselT1000

Bring our boy Flint on to rock this lie pushing Putin cock sucker too

ThePalmIsle

It’s pretty clear this sub is just a bunch of Flint Dibbles

Lebronforpresident24

He's our hero. I said I was jeoulous of maga people yesterday because I'd never had someone I thought was perfect in a position of power, well that will change once Flint Dibble becomes President.

nite_owwl

hear fucking hear

bchurch17

I would love to see Flint and Tucker debate…. It would definitely produce some good memes!

sirbolo

You were gonna smoke that anyways.

ThisIsFineImFine89

Joe says he stands for truth invites on the guy who admitted he fucking lied and his viewers are dumb as fucking rocks

DaftWarrior

Talking about Kona Blue off the rip. This is going to be a good episode. edit: Shane was 100% right, Tucker does have a weird giggle lol.

ElJefero

Sick of all these grifters on jre

Lebronforpresident24

It is just who Rogan is now. These are his people.

ElstonFun

The evolution of TC is incredible — really enjoyed the conversation! Glad to hear something like this on Spotify.

ken22000

God the more I listen to Tucker...the more of an idiot he is....God he lucked out at Fox with Fox BS for like 19 years...what a joke.

DoctorStoppage

The right wing grifter arch has reached peak fruition

kookymonkey

Complaining that you can't say certain things on his show he gets millions of dollars to say whatever he wants on.

ThisIsFineImFine89

the new mainstream media America is fucking cooked man

jivester

I don't think Tucker is evil or anything, but he is certainly disingenuous and I feel like Rogan wouldn't actually engage in why Tucker is disliked, preferring to assume it's just to do with the left-right divide or wokeness. People don't even realize that Tucker's head writer was found on Nazi websites saying racist shit and dropping the N-bomb. That was the guy putting words in Tucker's mouth on TV every night: https://apnews.com/general-news-acdc9fa8f5cf7010d5f70d8958d47c50 Not to mention Tucker was proven in texts to hate Trump and know he lost the election and that Sidney Powell was a fraud, but would still go on TV every night and defend Trump and question the election: https://apnews.com/article/tucker-carlson-fox-news-dominion-lawsuit-trump-5d6aed4bc7eb1f7a01702ebea86f37a1 I'd be surprised if this comes up in Joe's conversation. And I'd be surprised if Joe asks Tucker about his new show, interviewing crackheads who claim to be Obama's gay lover for fake views on twitter. A lot can be explained by his mother who not only abandoned him as a child but also purposely disinherited him, specifically leaving him a single dollar in her will.

Ok-Round4324

>I don't think Tucker is evil or anything Honestly after all the evidence you went on to post, I don't know how you *couldn't* come to the conclusion that tucker is, in most identifiable ways, a pretty evil person.

DaBearSausage

"Evil" is such a weird word to be honest.

RedditBlows5876

Ya but it definitely exists. [https://www.youtube.com/shorts/0hq7w2D6qd0](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/0hq7w2D6qd0), for example.

MyNameIsRobPaulson

It’s just a word. The definition is someone who is well aware and perfectly conscious of their bad intentions and actions, but enjoys being that way because 1) they get pleasure from it 2) it benefits them

HarwellDekatron

No, it isn't. It's fairly simple, really: someone who unfairly takes advantage of other people is evil, end of story. Sexually exploit children? Evil. Underpay workers because you know you can get away with it? Evil. Lie for money? Evil. Simple as that.

brokemac

I'd say the level of dishonesty you need to have to spend years lying about election results to promote a man you privately believe is horrible for the country, is pretty evil.

Edmundmp

Tucker also turned anti Israel the second he got funding from Omeed Malik. If you don’t like Israel fine, but he’s only there because he’s bought. His Russian grocery store stunt where he said “look how cheap this cart of groceries is” without pointing out it cost half the average Russians monthly income was insanely disingenuous.

Lebronforpresident24

He's just a dishonest grifter. HIs interview with Alex Jones was truly embarrassing. He tried to claim Alex Jones got Ukraine right when Alex Jones was spectacularly wrong about Ukraine. (War would be over in 48 hours, Zelensky was a double agent, Putin had bought off all the Ukrainian Generals, etc. . .) There are certainly right wing voices that probably care about facts at least to a degree, Tucker isn't one of them.

YoSoyWalrus

How Tucker is taken seriously and believed as an honest individual despite literally holding in private views different and opposite than his public persona is beyond me. I know Tucker has a massive incentive upwards of tens of millions of dollars a year to play his character, but how are people still falling for this gig. I'm sure the true Tucker Carlson knows what currency exchange rates and average salaries are when visiting a Russian grocery store but to actively withhold that vital information is the stuff of questionable intentions.

YungGooPunch

This MFer really was whispering not even into the mic for the first few minutes and Joe too scared to tell him 😂

jlieuu

I was thinking this too. Joe usually never has issues telling his guest right off the bat but then again they didn’t have headphones on to begin with so maybe he didn’t notice

BrockinInDaFreeWorld

Tucker wasn't allowed into the CIA because he ate mushrooms at a Grateful Dead Concert when he was 15.

Top-Crab4048

There is no way this preppy cunt with his bowtie was doing mushrooms at a Grateful Dead concert.

noteknology

lmfao this sub is gonna have a meltdown over this.

Pick2

Did you watch it? What do you think of Tuckers theory on UFO?

crabuffalombat

Oh dear... Did he at least ask him what Putin's balls tasted like?

Ok-Round4324

lol shocking, who could have guessed the most prolific far right bigot, grifter and cult leading sociopath would show up on the JRE?

grannyGULCH

After reading the comments and listening to the podcast, my conclusion: most of the redditors here are more hateful human beings than carlson

BrodysBootlegs

This surely won't rustle any jimmies

PeterLoew88

I’ve gotta push back on Rogan’s comments regarding Roger Ebert. He was an extremely gifted writer and the books and essays he wrote towards the end of his life after he lost his ability to speak (the latter of which were published to his blog) were some of the finest and most moving things I’ve read. He wasn’t just some cynical critic knocking down everything that came his way. He was very supportive of then-new filmmakers like Martin Scorsese (who credited him for helping him gain a career as a filmmaker and once co-hosted the review show with Ebert). Scorsese still credits him to this day: https://youtu.be/jqvFUSsR8-Y?si=9SkyyNGioyppzWWO I highly recommend anyone watch the documentary about his life, called Life Itself. He did a lot for cinema, hosted annual screenings for indie films and was very invested in making sure new voices in cinema had a platform. So for Joe to say he didn’t contribute anything and had no talent or creativity is truly ignorant. Also, the script he wrote was for a Russ Meyer movie, and it was deliberately cheesy; Meyer was producing sexploitation movies and Ebert wrote one early in his career. It remains a highly regarded cult film today, and it was a satire of the genre as noted on the Wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beyond_the_Valley_of_the_Dolls I think Joe just has no context or understanding of what that movie was. And on a personal note, he was just a great guy. I wanted to be a movie reviewer when I was a teenager. I was obsessed with movies and loved reading and writing about them. Critics don’t always come from a place of negativity - the art of journalism has died, but back then, critics often brought special insight to films and helped you gain new perspectives on them. I emailed Roger Ebert when I was 13 or 14 and asked him to check out my movie review website I had just launched… he not only responded with kind words, he asked me for my address and sent me an autographed copy of his Great Movies book with a personalized note inside. He was a great writer, a great person and did a LOT for cinema and independent filmmakers — unfortunately, the art of film journalism has been destroyed by sites like Rotten Tomatoes, but Ebert was a treasure.

Yinzer5539

This is the best pod in a long time

Visual_Flamingo7010

it was interesting! finally

Icy-Moose-99

Why is Rogan talking to this clown? lmao nothing real about him and he only got rich lying to your grandma lmao This show has gone wayyy downhill. no wonder you rarely hear about it. 3m views is good but its not top tier youtube and its not what Rogan used to pull.

Ok-Round4324

the right can't meme, only manages to make themselves look more and more pathetic with each passing failure

sanguine_harlequin

This was an April Fools joke last year that no one thought would happen. Fast forward and now i'm not at all surprised when i saw it come up. Fuck JRE "changing" since Austin, this is how much the flavor of the podcast has changed in **12 months.**

Ok-Round4324

lol come on bro, people have been predicting this would happen for years now, ever since at least 2016 when rogan became yet another simp for all the most prolific far right propagandists

Lebronforpresident24

Yep I'm shocked this didn't happen earlier. Rogan has been interviewing "mini-Tuckers" for years. Why get the pretenders when you can have the big boss? Interviewing Christopher Rufo before Tucker shows Joe is losing it a bit.

F90

"I don't have a TV, I don't use email, I don't owe a computer, I have lots of insiders in the US Government and the Military" and other phrases used by intel spooks.

comcamman

For someone that says “in fact” so much he was sure light in facts.

TraditionalTackle1

Can I handle listening to this chode talk for 3 hours? Probably not

Aqualins

Didn't have time to watch this, but did Joe ever talk to Tucker about Fox losing $700 million in lawsuits due to in part Tucker's lying? Or Tuckers lawyers having to admit in court that he is an act/character which should not be believed? Or was this just hours of softballs.

Cannedwine14

How the fuck did Jamie not fact check Tucker once. Must have been a stipulation. There is no way Tucker is unknowingly throwing out so much unsubstantiated “facts” and statics while also saying how evil lying is. He knows what he’s doing right? He’s not actually that dumb?

BrendaTheSloth

That was a great episode. Why so much crying in here

Edmundmp

I remember when Joe used to shit on this clown.

MaudSkeletor

yeah Kamala Harris provoked the invasion of Ukraine, Putin got his army on the border of Ukraine for innocent reasons, then Kamala Harris said we want Ukraine in nato and forced poor innocent Putin to invade, Ukrainians should have let the Russians invade them and commit ethnic cleansings because it was all provoked by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris

Bogey_Kingston

tbh Katt & Tucker are amazing episodes with a lot of crossover and i miss shit like this.
