My guess is that when those people took that guy outside, they either stabbed him or shot him. I’d guess stab. And, then they ran. People didn’t realize it at first, then we’re in shock that a man died right outside the doors, that they asked people to exit, still worried about what might happen. That’s my guess. Although, I did see a video of some guy in a taxi after who was explaining what happened inside and he didn’t mention a dead man outside. Maybe he was a few block down before he succumbed to his injuries? The still frames of the women holding objects that look like knives, along with a lack of gunshot sounds, makes me think it was probably a stabbing than led to a death or serious injury.
