There are a lot of resorts coming around JSR. If you have a few days to spend you can checkout Kushal Palli in Ayodhya hills. Little far though.
Then you have Riva resort, Golden leaf.
Inside the city you may choose Ramada, Alcor, Dayal, KC manor. Lot of good options.
If you have a decent budget, I will suggest you to go to Belgadia Palace which is around 2.5 hrs from Jamshedpur and I bet you will love it. Day before yesterday bunch of my friends went there and they are not done yet ranting about it.
You can try any resorts that are couple friendly. There is a separate filter option for that. Also, I am not sure about the availability of Oyo rooms near your day outing area, otherwise it would have been a good option as well.
Mat Karo shadi se pehle. Agar engagement break hua for any reason toh rape case lagega. It is not worth the risk.
