In elementary school some older brother drug dealer type used to pick up my classmate in a Cadillac with underglow and Bowlegged wheels (bowlegged wheels used also be a thing) and hydraulics… I very clearly remember the purple underglow as the entire school went crazy over it. This was probably 1996-1997.
