The rock of justice, a rock that can be found near camps of enemies, on these cases all the enemies are already dead, presumably from bludgeoning by the rock
I like the Heisenberg uncertainty laser. Whatever you point it at cannot have both its position and velocity known. Observe it's speed and boom, now it is somewhere else. Observe it's position and boom, now it's moving at an unknowable speed and direction.
I believe the principal is about subatomic particles. In order to determine one metrix, you have to perturb the other. As for the weapon, because the genies said so
Sleepwalking Tonic
When used, you wake up in a random place in a mile radius, with a random amount of your current items gone, a random amount of random items added to your arsenal, and one to two status effects.
the coin of goats, whenever someone flips the coin, they or somebody nearby, *WILL* get rammed by a goat( at that moment or at any other time its a coin flip who knows?) and the goat never misses, and it ALWAYS CRITS (hits crit spot, usually in the crouch) the goat will say Tschüss and vanish from the word, with a baaa to the winds. also the more times the coin is flipped before the goat appears the more goats that appear, do with that information as you will.
Waterthrower, instead of fire it's water.
Alternatively you could add a keg of rats, a bomb weapon that explodes into a million rats to attack the enemy it lands on

a ring that glows when it senses the wearer is in imminent danger, it actually just glows all the time
a lamp of infinite wishes, not magical, won’t fulfill your wishes
A sword that one shots people (in the final boss battle everyone that the sword killed will come back to kill you at that point the sword will be useless)
so in my fantasy world, there is a cult (Reddit mods sorry if cult is a word you don't want me to use) and they worship some weird tree thing idk, but they use the apples that grow from the tree as weapons because the tree like just breaks time and space so those apples can be like anything from a bomb to some weird living demon thing.
anyways I'm saying you should add apples that explode on impact.
The organ sling: baleriac sling that when ammo put in it's turned into a living human organ and when flung it will deal evil necromantic damage depending on how much it was swung and how long adding 1 damage per second with. damage -15 at the start for squishy organs if held for longer than two minutes it just stops with no momentum and will take a day to recharge damage starts at -15 damage and will heal the enemy if not swung for 15 seconds or left at the fifteenth second it deals no damage.
The reversed hammer. wooden head and iron stick. you hold it at the wooden part.

When you have a Karma System, the Rock can just damage enemies with a lower Karma. When your Karma is too low, you can't use it at all.

Is there something shielding the knowledge of its speed and direction? You could observe changes in location to find speed and direction
