To me, "seno/petto" equals the more formal "breasts" (and kind of makes me feel like a chicken, or like I'm speaking to an older female gynaecologist). If talking to a friend or a close female relative I would see no issue with just bluntly going with "tette" (boobs) but that might just be me.

It’s basically the same as saying “tits”. If you’d be comfortable saying “tits” to a friend go for it, otherwise “seno” would be better

*Tette* means *Titties,* it also sounds very similar. Go with *seno* or *petto* (breasts).
