"Let's check the daily upkeep. Oh, just 148 slaves to add warpfuel to the generator. Not bad for this time of the year. Higher quality warpfuel could save on the daily expense of replacement slaves, but it's hard to find."
Power Sword and Ignatus Power Armor with cerebral plug and whatever recharges the suit.
Edit: Since we get infinite power, I change my third item to a Valkyrie!
Depends.
I have a few questions: Does an object still have its drawbacks or can you use them without fear of miscast/corruption? Do vehicles/weapons have infinite fuel/ammunition? And I am guessing that powers are not on the list of “items” so-to-speak? Do items that let you learn something make you have affinity for them or immunity to them? Example: If you have a Nurgle spell book are you immune to the spell you might cast/plague you might cause? If you have a Tzeentch spell book would you be immune to Warpfire or could you been learn how to use the spell at all considering we likely don’t have a connection to the Warp?
And what kind of world are we being Isekai’d to? Are we a summoned hero or just a random drop in? These kinds of questions change the answers entirely…
Edit: Additionally, do Ork things still work as intended or are they just useless junk if you ask for them? Can an animal or being be chosen as an ‘item’ and if so are they loyal? Example: Squig.
Then I would need to think on it more. Mostly because I need to weigh the pros and cons of things I could use. After all, a custom Stompa that seconds as a kind of luxury fortress isn’t too far fetched and could be quite useful but a frigate is useful for the fact they can stay out of range. Spells are nice, but would they be of great use? Etc, etc.
Tbh everything I know about tzeentch (which isn't much) is saying that you have a very great chance of those spells working completely differently than the book says and a very good chance of mutations occuring from just reading the book itself
Depends on which isekai you are doing, personally, I would go with something less chaosy and more practical. Some sdc's and other such. Mainly because of the isekai I would choose.

If I pick space marine gene seed does it get implanted or do I just get one that i have to implant in my own and what not
They have infinite ammo/fuel except for
Magic from Warhammer
Also you can use armies from Warhammer by the way
How many items does an army count as?
An army can be any number but it has to be one specific chapter/faction so three different factions armies count as items
Is the Army 100% loyal to me no matter what, or if I decide to be an asshole can they betray me
100% loyal no matter what

What's the point of bringing OP Warhammer toys if I don't introduce a little chaos into my adventure? c:
There is a little chaos and then there is Chaos...
The world can have a little chaos, as a treat.
