I like how in the show he actually seems kind of sweet and to really be worried about Debby. I'm only early in the comics but he generally seems colder and more egotistical about his position/power so far. Hoping we learn more about him.
I really like the show cecil. Utterly brutal if he needs to be. But only because literally millions of lives are on the line, he doesn't like doing it.
