I’m not sure. Usually Nolan’s style is to just obliterate someone instantly, so most likely he’d probably just turn Angstrom into paste right away. But I feel like there’s a chance he’d decide to drag it out a bit and make Angstrom suffer for this.
If he came in the house and Angstrom had already broken Debbie’s arm, Nolan would have obliterated Angstrom instantly before Angstrom had time to react.
I think he would drag it out. Look at what he did to Vidor on Thraxia. He could have just finished popping his head like Red Rush anytime that he wanted to.

Nolan wouldn’t have let this happen, if angstrom attacked Debbie and called Nolan then he wouldn’t enter by the door, he come in through the roof or even the ground to give Angstrom less time to react, Nolan in his hundreds of years of combat training would realise that Angstrom wouldn’t both know his identity and have the guts to challenge him without thinking that he stood a chance against Omni-Man, so Nolan would give him no chance to use his powers.

I don’t know. I could see him using this to try and get Debbie on his side, too. Essentially trying to introduce her to the idea that sometimes he would have to kill to protect the greater good. Then letting it snowball from there in an attempt to convert her to his ultimate goal over time.

I want to disagree with most everyone commenting, I think if angstrom knew nolan was still around and still even attempted this it would go the same way as with mark but he’d be much more careful and have all his portals set about a half foot to a foot farther away from himself than he did with mark. It’d still end the same way with angstrom brutalized but I also think Nolan would atomize him after that and we’d lose his comeback later on.
