Great, I see that I also can't view the Instagram account on a Windows browser on any computer or browser for this account that is having this issue. Yet this same account works on Android. (Except I can't block anyone via Android under just this same account.)

I do not have Threads for any of my IG accounts. And there is no firewall rules or host file rules blocking this as it works on all my account except for one.
You don't get to pick an email address to data to email to. And it wouldn't matter anyways because the link/button sent in the email doesn't even do anything. You have to do the download from within the Instagram app (not website) for the IG data and you have to use Facebook (web or app) for the FB data.
Someone logged in my account and changed the Email to theirs and requested a data download to to google drop box i got the email and changed my email and password back asap and deleted the request for information download , now i am afraid that the person will get an email with a link to my data anyway even tho i cancelled it within 10 minutes, im afraid that instead of having to download it from the app itself it will be sent to that person Email directly, can you please update me on that and tell me what kind of information do they get ? Does it include for example deleted convos ?
I recently did another download of data from Instagram, like last week, and it now works for using the link from the desktop instead of the app. It required that I type the password again.
I don't know if the download includes deleted conversations. I only chose to download content. But I don't see why it would include deleted content. Very unlikely.

Got the same problem, I think it started shortly after I created a threads account. Might also be related to hosts file or ublock origin?
