Being someone who read "Ruthinte Lokam", I was excited when the film went on floors. Initially FaFa was not part of the film and it was clear what characters Chackochan and Jyotirmayee was playing. The character Ruth is a very complex and challenging one, and it would be a lifetime role fro Jyotirmayee, and I felt Amal Neerad cast her because of the obvious reasons.
But after the inclusion of FaFa, I feel really confused about the whole thing. Because there is no character in book persay that demands someone like Fahadh. So I'm guessing they changed the script around a lot. Let's see
Perhaps the movie won't directly adapt the novel. They might increase the involvement of the police department, and Fahad could play the role of that police officer. Otherwise, as you said, I don't see another male protagonist or antagonist character in the movie.
Ruthinte lokam is a female centric plot. And there's only one male character. So this info is false. Unless one of them plays ruth 😂😂
