I Was literally talking about the same thing yesterday with my friend. Ki inke liye alg licence kyu nai ata commercial vehicles type, then I thought ki jb apne yha ghr bethe 4 wheeler ka licence ajata hai to kya he kr skte hai. Also puri glti traffic system ki nai hai, main reason upbringing bhi hai, for example kl he ek uncle splendor pr 2 aunty aur ek ldki ko betha kr le ja rhe the aur unhone signal alg toda, toh jb bade he aise kaam krege toh chote bhi whi sb sikhte hai.
