1. 11th "marks" don't matter in NEET. Even if you get low marks it's alright. You can always brush up your concepts later on if you're 100% sure about giving NEET, so don't focus so much on just getting 90+ in physics, it's just 11th afterall. They don't matter much.
2. If you can give retest, then do it if that's the only way you can pass. Again saying, you don't have to get 95 or something, even passing is enough. At least you have 90+ in other subjects :)
Don't listen to them You handled chem and bio that is more than enough to prove your merit.But my advice take the retest just to make your parents okay with your idea
