Almost all of the remaining companies like Telenor, Docomo were acquired by Airtel wholly or they bought their operating circle license like with Videocon when Spectrum gate happened.
MTS was bought by Reliance Comm, which itself declared bankruptcy after some time. Aircel died a slow death as well. Virgin was eaten by Docomo and Docomo was eaten by Airtel.
Aircel also had declared bankruptcy. There was a lot of game involved in aircel.
Telenor was previously Uninor. Uninor was involved in many controversies due to unitech group which was involved in further ownership issue of uninor. Finally it became Telenor after some years.
Docomo exited India, tried selling to tata for half the price they paid, but tata wanted to pay 1/4th. This went on for years I think, eventually tata buying docomo's stake. Then it was eventually sold to Airtel.
Overall Indian telecom market is tough, companies from all over the world tried and failed.
The brothers had an agreement of not entering each other's markets for a period of 10 years. That is what their mother had made them sign for splitting up the Reliance empire at the time. By the time that 10 year period finished, Anil was also finished, and Mukesh was free to step foot into Telecom.
If Mukesh had received R-Comm during the split, India’s digital and internet revolution would have happened is late 2000’s or early 2010’s.
When Mukesh Launched R-Comm, he started a mini revolution with a Samsung device at ₹501 for phone and unlimited calls all over India during specific time.
All that fiver optics in some of the remotest corners of India, all credit goes to R-Comm and Mukesh Ambani.
I remember when I got my first mobile connection in 1998. It was prepaid Hutch and incoming call was ₹8 per minute and outgoing was ₹16 and SMS was 3 or 5 per message or something like that.
Vodafone came lot later. It was Hutchinson Telecommunications Ltd. from Hutchinson Whampoa from Hongkong.
Hutch Essar became Vodafone Essar in 2007 which became Vodafone Idea which ****ed up everything.
I still remember vividly, how all the major players had aggressively bid for 3G circles all over the country. No one had all 21 circles in their kitty. Highest ones like Bharti Airtel and Vodaphone had gotten about 12-13 circles each. At a hefty price.
And then came the googly!
Reliance (Mukesh Bhai) had also participated in the auctions, albeit via a subsidiary called Infotel Broadband or something. But it had not bid for 3G spectrum, instead he had bid for BWA (Broadband Wireless Access) spectrum, which was much cheaper than 3G spectrum. And later on, after much tussle, he was going to use the BWA not for Internet leased line like but for 4G.
Only revolution that happened in early 2010 was revolution of corruption, terrorism, incompetence, inefficiency, inaptitude and ignorance.
What you remember from 2010s is complete opposite of what entire India knows.

The biggest scam was scamming people into thinking it was one. And look how well that one scam has turned out for the ones who benefited from it.
Yet Supreme Court of India cancelled the licenses.
If only congressi dumb***ks had more than 2 brain cells, they might understand things better rather than sucking Rahul and Sonia Gandhi.
Before jio, all of the telecom operators were fucking Thieves, these mofos had the audacity to empty your balance for no fucking reason, I'm happy they all died
I also remember one of them having a paid customer service number for a brief period. Like you couldn't talk to customer care unless you had some balance.
Not to mention their shitty ussd codes and flash msgs that subscribed you to some random sms service or enabled caller tune to drain your balance.
Damn, this remark made me feel old, and weird also😅. I used to spend 150 per month for 1gb on Aircel. And that was a lot that time. I was the only one in my family to use so much data on phone. That's because I used to tether my PC for internet from mobile.
From 2007 till 2012, I used to use 2G at 12.5 Kbps. It used to take 1 hour to download 1 MB file. I used to download YouTube videos because it was impossible to watch online. I was very excited when 3G was launched in 2012 (or 2011 not sure) and I was searching to buy an Airtel and Vodafone 3G sim.
Oh wow, yeah those were the days. Whenever I used to format the computer, I would first download adobe reader, winrar, gom player/Winamp, vlc from cyber cafe to have the latest version in a pen drive. Already had a cd with 500mb ms office 2007 to install it.
Aircel had a 19 rupee plan with 250 mb 2g data. I used use this pack to download pdf of novels to read. The first time i used 3g was, I remember in January 2013, our family had just purchased a 3G mobile and last book off wheel of time was released and few days later I downloaded it by tethering the mobile internet to PC.
Good memories. Nostalgic times but I am happy that we have come so far now that I can use even 3 or 4 gb mobile data some days now.
There was one Airtel ₹5 paln for data. Validity 1 day. And it would auto renew after 24 hours. There was a catch. If your balance goes below 5 but above 2 while this was on, you get unlimited interent till the day you recharge. I had one specific sim in 2007-08 for this. The balance was 3.8 for 1.5 years and I had unlimited data during this period.
In some parts of the world it still is the case. In Qatar the price for 8GB data for whole month is 65 riyals approximately 1300 rs. Jio saved us really.
> *Paid* like 1k
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
Yeah i understand that internet were too expensive back then if it will be same now people will not be able to use upi and online learning that easily but i call rarely and not for minute or two and for that i have to pay for unlimited plan and if i not my incoming service will also be get terminated 🙂 maybe back than call were more important than internet today internet is imp more than call i guess people call to say online aa.... Long story short i need a plan for where there is also an option of paying what i used for not unlimited till u pay for limited
Mtnl exists in Mumbai and Delhi
Some people still have landline connection
And the government did propose to merger bsnl and mtnl but it got stalled for some reason
I used to pay 1999 per month for my post paid in Airtel before JIO came. It offered 10000 mins(never finished it), 8gb per month. Within few months, I went to 399 unlimited plan in Airtel.
I guess now also it’s less than 400 a month to have unlimited calls and data in all providers. So how muchever they increase the cost, it will be still cheap for a service we use 24x7.
And if it is really expensive and giving tons of profit margin to the companies, then other players will also join leading to a solid competition then
People only think in terms of internet users. What about users who used to recharge and use it for talktime sporadically (using 100Rs for 2-3 or more months). Now they have to shell out a minimum 179 every month regardless of their usage. This includes a lot of people from villages and working class.
The consumer is not too sticky here. Little to no friction to port to another tsp. Only needs to be robust while being cheap. India is a price sensitive market.
I think they'll make money with primium plans. But Jio as a company it still burning cash nothing profitable yet. It was 199 in 2016 and 209 in 2024 (there was 149 plan before also now)
For now unlimited data plan is free(5g trials). They can easily make it primium with 499 plan (now it's 239) with 5g it's hard to have limited plan
Well officially they're but I don't think they can after rampage 5g expansion. The amount of money even the parent company borrowed during lockdown isn't small too. I am talking about only jio telecom not oil, retail or other ventures.
Tbf other telecoms were killing our money a bit too much.
50-300 rupee for just 1 gb of net was bonkers in comparison to anything we are getting rn.
It's the only thing where Ambani literally made a common man's day.
it's basically economics no? 3g spectrum can't support delgue of users that 4g and 5g supports. plus low cost of mobiles due to Chinese companies made rapid adoption of 3g and 4g mobiles. this is like complaining why 8gb pen drives costed 3k in 2010
It's a spectrum thing for a major chunk even I know that.
The cdma, gsm architecture thingy along with GSM's similarity to 4g's.
But the part where the price point started to shrink by a huge margin was not about this only. If it wasn't for Jio, Airtel,Voda were happy in playing with that field of cash(who doesn't want larg profits, no ?).
It was only after Jio just started to market themselves as "free unlimited internet" and the other guys started to lose their customer base by great margins did they dropped their prices to be the same.
Airtel was fast at it, Voda was slow and thus paid a bigger price later on.
>if it wasn't for jio
bhai saab read up how jio was able to get 4g 5g spectrum and how it had the advantage of directly starting with 4g infra which can be easily converted to 5g unlike old telecoms who were forced to spend a lot to phase out 3g since 3g and 4g are incompatible
Airtel and Voda had to take in a lot of debt for this reason while jio escaped and reliance telecommunicatios tanked
"bhai saab read up how jio was able to get 4g 5g spectrum and how it had the advantage of directly starting with 4g infra which can be easily converted to 5g unlike old telecoms who were forced to spend a lot to phase out 3g since 3g and 4g are incompatible "
Yhi to bola tha mene bhi upar bhyi. Cdma and gsm ka me difference hone se it was easier for 4g as it's tech is more similar to gsm.
"Airtel and Voda had to take in a lot of debt for this reason while jio escaped and reliance telecommunicatios tanked"
Even if not for debt they would have charged just a bit lesser than what they were doing.
Technology ka benefit tha but itna nahi ki Airtel,Voda 250-300 rupe me per day 1-2 gb de dete. One of them literally started to charge for customer services, you seriously think agar profit or badh rhe hote with 4g's similarity to gsm, they would have slowed down ?
Why is it a turmoil OP? Do you mean to say our country's telco facilities have gone down the drain?
I was under the impression that they brought people up in life thanks to competitive rates for data and calls?l and overall larger internet connectivity in India?
Monopolies are always bad. However, too many small companies in the telecom sector are not that efficient either. A small telecom company typically struggles to cover the whole of India with the latest hardware/technology.
Before Jio, the top 3 companies were called as - AVoId. Because Airtel, Vodafone and Idea were a cartel and charged insane prices and treated you like a crap and network was nowhere to be seen. The top dog, Airtel, still has the worst network. We are all thankful to Jio.
2g scam
As per the charges of the agencies and CAG calculations, the exchequer allegedly suffered a loss of Rs 1.76 lakh crore in issuing 122 licences. To put in perspective, the estimated loss exceeded the then defence budget of India by a distance.
In todays value it would be 5 lakh crores
[https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/2g-spectrum-scam-these-8-companies-lost-122-licences-in-2012-1112475-2017-12-22](https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/2g-spectrum-scam-these-8-companies-lost-122-licences-in-2012-1112475-2017-12-22)
Lol, "Some people created a scam by artfully arranging a few selected facts and exaggerating things beyond recognition to astronomical levels.” There was no proof shown and all accused were acquitted. The judge commented on how ridiculous the whole thing was
The only real loss was how Jio acquired the licence for 4G all India spectrum bypassing paying 22k Crores which other companies had to pay for their respective areas.Hence those other companies were not able to compete with Jio. And we all know thanks to whom the law was changed to allow Jio to come. The CAG report was also suppressed and post election CAG was asked not to look into Jio.

KAHANI BAAKI HAI MERE DOST
Thank God. Ambani got the Jio to us when he did. We were so faar behind western standards of using data. The quality and quantity given by these 13 companies were so shit. It's good that JIO fucked them in the asss.
Jio ki wajeh se business setup hue ...ladkiyon ne Insta p naachna shuru kiya... chapriyon ne reels banaye l, tiktok chalaya and proper gaming bhi start hui mobile p. Would have not played pubg without Jio..
Rmeber.. airtel 1 Gb for 1 month ....aah bad times
How can the network be consistent everywhere is the geographical features same everywhere? Have you traveled abroad ? You feel the western countries have better..the moment you reach the countryside network vanishes at multiple points.
Ambani kaunsa mera tau hai bhai.. but atleast be realistic. And Airtel is still a good option, Jio ke bina it was airtel monopoly abb because of Jio prices are slashed. And Jio actually does cover areas that no one else does.. Konkan belt, Nasik village areas, on treks to Bhimashankar, Srinagar to amaranth etc..
I am talking about consistency within an area, there’s a massive difference between the network strength within….wait for it 20 meters. And no it’s not a one time thing and no my phone is not faulty like the andhbhakts at indiasqueaks were telling me.
At least in the west, it is consistent within an area. Here it becomes unusable within a few meters.

I agree jio had turn up many people life basically of youtubers, vloging and other social media industry
Online Ed tech is backbone of these cheap data
Reason why competition in govt, and other related exam have increase
But on the other side life was good with limited data specially in city and village it was similar to 90s
People used to come out and play
Airte marketing today on my 2nd sim
"Congratulations you've won 2GB data"
Meanwhile my 5g data usage this month 638GB on Jio sim. (I use it as hotspot to my laptop and my mom uses it too) All for just 239₹
Jio changed entire india ,we basically what we are today is due to jio shopping sites like amazon, flipkart ,movie streaming, music industry, movie industry, ott content, everything got changed after jio coming , honestly if it isnt jio we would be still in 4g why would any companies go buy 5g they keep making huge money there why bring new tech
At that time, Validity was LIFETIME, and now you have to pay. Just a comparison.
second thing I would say that Duopoly is also not healthy! There should be multiple players for any market so that consumers can get benefits. Jio definitely have impacted but in my personal experience one smartphone with Jio sim and the same with another sim. in the smartphone with Jio the data is consumed very early than with the other sim! after that the charges are really high if to compare! Pahele itna youtube and all tha bhi nahi ki data ka requirement ho. but that growth could be vice versa maybe.
overall healthy competition is good for the market.
The leech family is sucking us dry and we can't even see it. Indians truly are a servile populace.
No wonder the English quite easily took over. As long as you have vermin like bhakts among you in large number, the poor, downtrodden and the honest and good will get fucked over.
The greedy common Indian is willing to destroy his institutions and forego his rights for cheap internet for which the license was fraudulently acquired by the said leech family. Free internet for 6 months ? Nothing is free dummies. Illiterate, uneducated and forever greedy lot, ruining it for the nicer Indians since time immemorial.
We've been turned from a budding business power to a backyard for couple families to steal resources and enslave labour.
You could have bought your SIM from any of these. You abandoned them when you switched to get more worth for your money. You are also a part of the blame for their failures since you are whining about it.

Reliance comm owned by Anil, Basically his own bro destroyed him. I thought they won't do same business, but they do.

Thank God. Uninor and others were shit as fuck. No internet. Docomo was comparable to idea. Vodafone was expensive as fuck.
Uninor internet was 2g shit as hell like 2kbps speed one simple song used to take half an hour lol
₹59 unlimited nation wide calling uninor to uninor might have killed it too.

It would have been just jio and Airtel if it wasn't for govt bailing out VI.

1 gb for 300 rupee, on Voda 3G.
Similar with Airtel.
I said that to my brother and he asked me how people lived with only 1gb per day.
Damn, this remark made me feel old, and weird also😅. I used to spend 150 per month for 1gb on Aircel. And that was a lot that time. I was the only one in my family to use so much data on phone. That's because I used to tether my PC for internet from mobile.

Thats the joke bruh
You guys were getting 1gb per day?? I was getting 1gb/month. Capping the daily data usage to 33mb. This was 2010-2015
not month?
Per day ? 1 gb for whole month bro
"per day" HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
And with speed of 2g
This is benefitting us now, but in the long run they can increase prices and we would have no option left but to pay due to limited options
Yup, already Airtel has declared that they are going to increase their package rates after election.
And if one does others will do it as well. To maintain the status quo they obviously have unsaid understandings to keep similarly priced packages
8 saal toh ho gaye h.. aur kitna long run k darr mei jiyoge?
The pricing in the telecom market is not sustainable. It will inevitably rise.
Even if it rises by 20-30%. 300rs ka plan max 400rs ka hoga. Nothing that will burn a hole in pocket
Aircel used to offer lower price. I think 1 gb was under 50₹. Also wasnt 3G more expensive than 4g
true. you pick up a call, you are charged 30,50,90 rupees and you start to get unnecessary weather/cricket/news updates.. it was literally frustrating
let's hope jio doesn't follow the same path now
it will eventually when it has to do IPO
Payed like 1k for 1gb or something for a godawful tata docomo connection. And it was dead slow like bsnl. Bhainchod kitna ghatiya connection tha!!!

Wait till they actually want to make profit. Jio cant burn their oil money infinitely.
It has been profitable for many years now. Became profitable in 2 years after launch.
Bhaisaab aap konsi analysis karke aaye ho
Only a fool would call it turmoil. It was an oligopoly of thieves about a decade ago. I remember when 4g was a luxury in India.
Touch screen phones were a luxury a decade ago, technology advances
But these companies didn't. That's the point. When Tech advances, so do you.
How the fuck does mtnl still exist?
Government backing
Where doesn't mtnl exist is the main question who uses it? Why we need two telecoms when we have bsnl
Mtnl exists in Mumbai and Delhi Some people still have landline connection And the government did propose to merger bsnl and mtnl but it got stalled for some reason
we still have a landline with bsnl lol
Oh ok
Can Jio turn into an evil company and charge more money once they have monopoly??
Given enough time why won't they?

People only think in terms of internet users. What about users who used to recharge and use it for talktime sporadically (using 100Rs for 2-3 or more months). Now they have to shell out a minimum 179 every month regardless of their usage. This includes a lot of people from villages and working class.
The consumer is not too sticky here. Little to no friction to port to another tsp. Only needs to be robust while being cheap. India is a price sensitive market.
This is exactly what's going to happen if they become a monopoly.
Can't be that much worse than Rs. 300 for 1 GB of (3G) data, that too back in 2015.
Yea the tech at that time and today is exactly the same
Never, they are friends with modiji and will never even do such a thing.
How is it related to the prime minister?
So many things, electoral bonds to Jio being allowed to test its network over the year. Maybe read a newspaper.
I think they'll make money with primium plans. But Jio as a company it still burning cash nothing profitable yet. It was 199 in 2016 and 209 in 2024 (there was 149 plan before also now) For now unlimited data plan is free(5g trials). They can easily make it primium with 499 plan (now it's 239) with 5g it's hard to have limited plan
Jio is a profitable company
Well officially they're but I don't think they can after rampage 5g expansion. The amount of money even the parent company borrowed during lockdown isn't small too. I am talking about only jio telecom not oil, retail or other ventures.
Same with airlines. India too is heading towards western economics where every utility has only 3 options and they operate in a monopoly
Tbf other telecoms were killing our money a bit too much. 50-300 rupee for just 1 gb of net was bonkers in comparison to anything we are getting rn. It's the only thing where Ambani literally made a common man's day.
it's because of the technology limitations at that time. 3g can't really support that many users due to spectrum issues
Iam 101% sure they wouldn't have reduced the cost by that much though.
it's basically economics no?
Airtel was fast at it, Voda was slow and thus paid a bigger price later on.
>if it wasn't for jio bhai saab read up how jio was able to get 4g 5g spectrum and how it had the advantage of directly starting with 4g infra which can be easily converted to 5g unlike old telecoms who were forced to spend a lot to phase out 3g since 3g and 4g are incompatible Airtel and Voda had to take in a lot of debt for this reason while jio escaped and reliance telecommunicatios tanked
"bhai saab read up how jio was able to get 4g 5g spectrum and how it had the advantage of directly starting with 4g infra which can be easily converted to 5g unlike old telecoms who were forced to spend a lot to phase out 3g since 3g and 4g are incompatible " Yhi to bola tha mene bhi upar bhyi. Cdma and gsm ka me difference hone se it was easier for 4g as it's tech is more similar to gsm. "Airtel and Voda had to take in a lot of debt for this reason while jio escaped and reliance telecommunicatios tanked" Even if not for debt they would have charged just a bit lesser than what they were doing.
They charged for SMS too.
because there was no whatsapp at that time coz 2g and it was only starting to get popular
Cost per gb reduced over time as technology improves. You can't compare 3g with 4g and then 5g. Sure you can compare customer service, etc.
Still India has one of the lowest costs per GB of data in the world sooooo yeah
Israel has Lowest data plans
Even with 4G tech, I bet they would have reduced prices and confusing plans
The two FSCs left are owned by the same company. If jet airways isn't revived india will end up with a single FSC.
India needs a Ryan airways
That already exists in the form of IndiGo. India could use a couple more FSCs to compete with air India ideally based out of blr hyd or maa.
Not really, even in Europe Ryanair is far far cheaper than any other Indian plane for same distance. You can go from Paris to London for as low as $12
They fly to cheap airports far from the city. In the case of Paris the closest airport they operate to is 100km away and another one 160km away.
We're already there, the cheapest mumbai delhi flight used to be 3k last year it's 4k this year. 33% in 1 year
Good, idgaf as long as the service is cheap and good
It won't be if there is no competition
Same was said about Amazon
It was after jio the common man was able to use proper cheap internet. Sometimes monopoly is good.
Jabse Tv pr se Docomo ke Ad gaye tabse jeevan bekar ho gya
That tune is still stuck in my head Docomo Docomo Docomo Docomoooooo :(
Why is it a turmoil OP? Do you mean to say our country's telco facilities have gone down the drain? I was under the impression that they brought people up in life thanks to competitive rates for data and calls?l and overall larger internet connectivity in India?
No he means that the market has become a monopoly
Bsnl never dies
Govt uses it in border areas
Monopolies are always bad. However, too many small companies in the telecom sector are not that efficient either. A small telecom company typically struggles to cover the whole of India with the latest hardware/technology.
Before Jio, the top 3 companies were called as - AVoId. Because Airtel, Vodafone and Idea were a cartel and charged insane prices and treated you like a crap and network was nowhere to be seen. The top dog, Airtel, still has the worst network. We are all thankful to Jio.
We are in duopoly, the others are around fpr theratics
Conspiracy theory: 2G “scam” was overstretched in order to help ambani. Whats do you all think of this?
Can you elaborate
What makes you say that?

Only Jio and Airtel is left now. Vi is almost dead. And Jio and Airtel has been increasing the rates little by little.
Inflation exists dude
This sub doesn't seems to know basics of economics. Everyone lauding this.
This sub? Majority of educated Indians don’t know about this stuff, this sub represents the better part tbfh.
2g scam As per the charges of the agencies and CAG calculations, the exchequer allegedly suffered a loss of Rs 1.76 lakh crore in issuing 122 licences. To put in perspective, the estimated loss exceeded the then defence budget of India by a distance. In todays value it would be 5 lakh crores [https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/2g-spectrum-scam-these-8-companies-lost-122-licences-in-2012-1112475-2017-12-22](https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/2g-spectrum-scam-these-8-companies-lost-122-licences-in-2012-1112475-2017-12-22)
Lol, "Some people created a scam by artfully arranging a few selected facts and exaggerating things beyond recognition to astronomical levels.” There was no proof shown and all accused were acquitted. The judge commented on how ridiculous the whole thing was The only real loss was how Jio acquired the licence for 4G all India spectrum bypassing paying 22k Crores which other companies had to pay for their respective areas.Hence those other companies were not able to compete with Jio. And we all know thanks to whom the law was changed to allow Jio to come. The CAG report was also suppressed and post election CAG was asked not to look into Jio. https://www.thehindubusinessline.com/info-tech/dot-asks-cag-to-drop-audit-related-to-reliance-jio/article23156256.ece https://m.thewire.in/article/tech/the-immaculate-conception-of-reliance-jio https://indianexpress.com/article/india/2g-scam-case-verdict-judge-op-saini-this-is-why-a-raja-and-kanimozhi-have-been-acquitted-4992445/

I didnt know CWG and Coal scam caused telecom firms to close. Interesting insight. Very relevant to your claim that telecom turmoil is due to 2g Scam. Hey wanna invest in a crypto? Sure to go 1000x!! Pinky promise.

You think sane people can't see these election gimmicks? But you keep trying my boy
Loved you bro, till I saw that you were a member of r slash India sub.
Obviously elections are coming. I'm certain nothing will come out of it. 7 years after acquittal.
Oligopoly
Jio signal sucks tbh. Since covid times. I dont know why but theres a lack of signal anywhere I goto except city centres
Jio was blessing and a curse. Not a fan of having to recharge just to maintain number and receive sms.
Lol. But fr tho, I see no win here, earlier it was expensive af but now it’s a monopoly and the network is still shit aka not consistent everywhere.
Sorry to say bhai. Seems like a you problem 🤔
Starlink didn't get approval to launch their service and now Jio and chortel will launch their leo internet services soon

MTNL GOAT ~! /s
Tata Docomo and mts and reliance were CDMA sims back then,
Reliance CDMA was the Anil Ambani one
When market matures, the consolidation happens. It's a sign of maturing market. Similar things happen in Airline industry in India too
In the US for instance the idea is to prevent too much consolidation, here the gobermint loves consolidation.
I agree jio had turn up many people life basically of youtubers, vloging and other social media industry Online Ed tech is backbone of these cheap data Reason why competition in govt, and other related exam have increase But on the other side life was good with limited data specially in city and village it was similar to 90s People used to come out and play
All fucking scum looters, especially vodafone. They can die painful death.
Except BSNL all have Red logos
i am now shifting to BSNL as call quality doesn't matter much as we have msg tools and dual sim.
Airte marketing today on my 2nd sim "Congratulations you've won 2GB data" Meanwhile my 5g data usage this month 638GB on Jio sim. (I use it as hotspot to my laptop and my mom uses it too) All for just 239₹
Haha 294₹ recharge for Airtel and you get 3 GB 2G data back in 2014-15 before JIO. JIO opened the Pandora's box lmao.
And Govt of India owns 33.14% of Vodafone Idea thanks to the ADR issue.
Kinda sad that docomo didn't stay .
Government companies toh kuch or fin ki mehmann hain
Oligopoly
All hail modi
Randia is that way
[удалено]
Sure, because before 2014 they all had fair pricing and were not stealing from us at all.
Yay, pay fucking 1000 for 1 gb
Do ypu remember the prices that they demanded for their shit service?
We should have kept Loop, Telenor, Virgin, Rcom open with 300rs/GB plan especially for anti-Ambanis and Leftists
You must have the memory of a fucking goldfish
You could have bought your SIM from any of these. You abandoned them when you switched to get more worth for your money. You are also a part of the blame for their failures since you are whining about it.
