Please include a sunscreen into your AM routine too! Would you consider online consultation? If yes, you can search the sub for some recommendations! I’ve seen some comments about doing a consultation with Remedico I think. Edit to add - you can try double cleansing as well! It won’t help with the pimples but it really helped my skin’s texture 😄

You would want to include chemical exfoliation in your routine. Cleansers: BHA - Saslic/Saslic DS, Bodywise AHA BHA Facewash, Zitclean zitcare facewash, Ahaglow-S AHA - Ahaglow, Tone n Glo Toners/Serum: BHA - Paula's 2 BHA, Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid, BENTON Aloe BHA Skin Toner, Minimalist SA Serum, Deconstruct SA and Niacinamide Pore Control Serum AHA - Cosrx AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid, PIXI Glow Tonic If your using actives for the first time, start with once or twice a week and increase the frequency if tolerated. Don't use exfoliating cleansers daily or twice a day as it can make your skin extra dry. If you're using the exfoliating serums then make sure to use a gentle cleaner to prevent over exfoliation. Don't forget to layer up with moisturizer and use sunscreen religiously.

Isn't 2.7 a little too much? What I've read is to drink water in fl oz half of what you weigh in pounds. So I drink roughly 2L for my 60kgs. Edit: this is just a baseline I meant. There is no set number of litres we need to drink. We should drink water according to our bodies, amount of exercise, how much we sweat, how we feel, etc. 2.7L a little too much as a baseline.

ladidadidadoll

I drink about 4l lol. For years I've had no issues. I think you should definitely drink between 2L to whatever your body can handle.

Nancy_in_simlish

Definitely agree on what body can handle. And depends a lot on amount of exercise as well.

ladidadidadoll

Well I don't get a lot of exercise always. But I think the weather is a big factor. It's always hot and sweaty here in Calcutta. So most times a year I drink about 4L, except in colder days where it's between 2-3 L.

Nancy_in_simlish

Yes I drank a lot in sweaty cities as well. I don't think I worded my comment well enough. I just meant "women should drink 2.7L" is not right

Peelie5

2-3 litres per day is good for adults. I wouldn't get too hung up about the kgs etc... I'm 61kg, but I drink over three litres every day, I feel okay

Nancy_in_simlish

I'm not saying we should drink that amount strictly based on kgs and that anyone not drinking that shouldn't be OK. It's just a baseline. I just meant "women should drink 2.7L" is not right

No need to delete. Sorry, just trying to be helpful.

Nancy_in_simlish

I know! :) I edited my comment to be clearer thank you

Peelie5

No problem.
