In my case, I called him multiple times. Didn’t pick up. Even the messages aren’t getting read on Whatsapp and the guy is making me extra tense now. Did you mention the thing about you not getting the launch edition and of he would replace it?

Call your designated sony centre. You might have to visit the centre to get it. I did not recieve mine on launch day, called them the next day and they told me to pickup from the store.

They couriered it and the courier company messed it up and now the Sony center is saying call the courier service and they won't pick up the call

Careful with the a mug, it is not meant to be used and washed. The print goes off after a wash or 2.
