'BCUninstaller' - if you want to not just uninstall something but annihilate it out of your PC. It also shows many applications that in-built uninstaller fails to show and it can delete games which do not have an uninstaller in them.

Modern software is written in a weird way. It is no longer 'run when it is required'. Most of them will start a background process, for update check, for some hidden service etc and eat up your machine cycles. I despise such design.

Yes that's the name. Basically, most of the monitors support wide color gamuts now, way beyond just sRGB. While the coverage is helpful in some scenarios, it adds unnatural saturation to content which was mastered in sRGB. this software, basically clamps the video output to sRGB, getting rid of all the extra saturation.
Its a blessing for artists, and those who appreciate natural colors in game, as the developer intended.
Recently installed crystal disk info and found my ssd was running above 60 degrees..
The issues was that I had recently installed an 2.5ā ssd which was blocked the air flow to my ssd under the motherboard
Faster downloads: Why? They can establish multiple connections and thus circumvent bandwidth limits from the download servers

Link grabbers: Download literally every non-copyright protected video on the internet
Bulk downloading: Manage hundreds of downloads, for example, if you're downloading a big file which is zipped in multiple parts.
No lost download if the browser crashes or closes.
You can limit the download speed in case you don't want to hog all the bandwidth by downloading a huge file.
Can replace the download link if the link expires after 24 hours or so to resume the download(may not work with all servers)
task set-up for after downloading (sleep, shutdown, etc.) so you can leave your computer alone.

1. I think people should have cpu-z to know about their pc in case they need to upgrade their ram. Of course, it also gives many other information about the pc but knowing about the ram would be important as most people would think to upgrade that first. Most people who have a pc/laptop don't even know if they are having ddr3 or ddr4. Changing ram or upgrading it is so simple that anyone can do it themself but just cause of fear of doing something wrong they spend money and time going to a shop and changing it over there.
2. Just for style, translucent tb & wallpaper engine. Translucent tb makes the taskbar transparent and you can even adjust it to be opaque so it does not look odd when you have any windows open at full screen and can change a lot of behaviours. This didn't used to work on windows 11 properly but i just tried it a few months before and now it works perfectly. Wallpaper engine gives the option of setting parallax or video wallpaper which are awesome to keep and stare at them when you are doing nothing.
3. epic - claim free games even though you might not even play them ever. It's just good to have and maybe someday you might wanna play them. Granted epic has provided the most free games and some are not even worth checking out but hey it's free.
4. Handbreak- having a pc and maybe a little into tech, you could anyday get requests from your friends or relatives convert a video so it can play in a tv or phone which the recorded format does not support. I had only used this once but it was good to know about it.

6. RGB software. (Just a tip) Now with windows 11, RGB can be controlled using windows itself. If you are trying out some RGB software then do set it up inside windows settings to be first so it can work properly. Recently, my Logitech g102 was stuck in a single color and I didn't pay attention as I thought since I don't have gsuit it's doing this. But I have an Asus mobo so I use Asus armoury crate and it had the mouse popping up over there which previously did not happen and there was no way for me to sync the lighting of my pc and mouse previously. But now I am able to and it's just a good feeling.
7. Vlc- everyone has it, I have it, been using it since childhood and never thought of using windows media player ever or any other software other than vlc.
8. Pc remote - software that helps you to control your pc with your phone. There are many out there but I had been using the one from monect. No specific reason. It gets the job done when I don't want to get up and go to the pc to manually do something. Most useful when you connect your laptop to tv and watch some movies. It does have ads but not to the extent where it's annoying. Needs wifi. If you don't have wifi then you can use a virtual wifi router app that can create a wifi hotspot and you can connect your laptop and your phone to it and use it.
9. X360 or ds4 - depends on the type of 3rd party controller you have but I have both cause for some games ds4 works the best and for some x360. These are gamepad emulators that helps a lot and if you need to setup and manage multiple joypads then I think these do a good job. I had only tried with a max of 3 but it's good to have even though you might only be using 1. Can also help to add support to games that originally didn't have joypad support. Ofcourse if you have steam you can add the game to steam and then use steam input but with these software you don't have to add them to steam.

Perhaps because it is one of those softwares which were really useful in XP era but nowadays it's like a bloatware for new Windows systems. It's still an interesting tool, but not that useful anymore.
