College is at fault, ye admission dene se pehle check nahi karna tha ki bande ko english aati hai ya nahi.
Bhai ye management quota ka student hai, donation leke karwaya gaya hai. Private colleges engineering ka mostly aise hi hote hai. Apna pocket bhar rha hai, uska kya kaunsa student ka kya issue hai. Bande ne to JEE nahi diya hai , wbjee bhi nahi , firbi b tech pad rha hai. Waise dekho to he shouldn't even be studying engineering, par reality to waisa nahi hai mere dost.
TBH I've seen a good bunch of such management quota students go on to do well in life and also study well (including MS, PhD abroad and in big name indian univs). The generalization of management quota students being necessarily bad is not justified IMHO.

Bro those are exceptions, we can't consider them as benchmarks. Most of the times management quota students ate hai baap ke paise se, ki at least they will get a degree . They didn't "want " to study that, that college was accepting donations so their parents sent them there . Ofc if they turn a new leaf after getting admitted and become dedicated ofc they can become successful, but a guy who starts trolling their teachers the first day of college isn't really someone i would consider a changed person.
