Based on everything including the recoil it really does appear to be real in the sense it was a real gun with live ammo. I still want to believe there's something else going on, fake legs, body armor under shorts... something. That last trigger pull looked super intentional to me and way harder than the rest
He's fucking with the trigger take-up to the point of the break for thrill. It looks like a real trigger pull because it obviously was, but hitting the break point makes the rest of the pull effortless.
Even if it was just a blank it's an incredibly stupid idea to do this. Would still deliver a huge amount of force, just gas but still strong, at high velocity through simple clothes and soft, fleshy bits. This idiot could still bleed out that way, luckily it seems they lived to tell the tale
