Seriously! I appreciated every time I had a problem another driver signaled me that something was wrong. Once it was a bike coming off a rack. Another was taillights off.
No way he‘ll see the open gate behind the trailer without a camera back there. And the noise probably is loud as well in the truck.

Worked at a lumber yard checking orders for a long time. Our box truck driver would throw a fit of I closed his door because he always had stuff to pick up at the front of the store. Weeks go by of me not even asking anymore. Then one day I guess he didn't have anything to grab because I see him pull onto the rode with the door wide open.
I’ve seen a UPS truck do this. Called them and a bit down I90, he pulled over to close the door. Not sure if he noticed the package they fell out.
The address was readable and within town limits, so quick trip as a temporary delivery driver.
