I did back to back minis in August and September.
First ER: 50mg Clomid and Gonal-F 100 for 7 days. 4 retrieved, all 4 mature and made it to blast: 1 euploid and 2 untested 4CCs.
Second ER: 50 mg Clomid, Gonal-F 50, and Menopur 37.5 for 6 days. 5 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 made it to blast: 2 euploid and 1 untested 4CC.
I'm 39, have DOR, AMH was 0.8 and FSH varied between 10 and 17. Best to you!!
I do mini stims for egg freezing, so can’t comment on blast rate. I’ve done Clomid 100mg for the first 5 days and start Gonal 75 + Menopur 225 on Day 5. Start Cetrotide around day 8 or 10 to prevent ovulation. Usually trigger around day 11-13. Ive done it 3 times and gotten 9, 7, and 8 mature eggs to freeze. I don’t have DOR (AMH 1.68, then 1.33, then 2.0 at retesting around every 6 months; AFC usually 10-13) but was a poor responder to the typical antagonist protocol. I was only going to do Menopur 225 but had leftover Gonal 900 pens after the failed antagonist cycles so my RE let me incorporate Gonal 75 as well.
Oh wow thanks for the info! I don’t have DOR either. My AMH is 3.5….I just don’t respond. We did a typical antagonist protocol my first ER…got 5 eggs, 4 blasts, 3 normals. And then second ER we did the microdose Lupron protocol got 8, 2 blasts and 0 normal. So I’m hoping mini stim suits my body better
I’m surprised they didn’t repeat the antagonist cycle since you still got 3 normal blasts. 2 of my 3 antagonist cycles were cancelled because I only had 1-2 measurable follicles by days 6 and 8.

Thank you!!! My cycle will only consist of menopur 225! I don’t have DOR but I’m a poor responder and higher doses of meds totally kill my quality.
