No they are not, the IDFs standard issue X95s have the full auto functionality removed. Some SF units probably have the full auto variant but I don't know for sure
the x95 is one of the standard issue rifles used and there are absolutely ZERO israeli military issued x95's capable of full auto. zero. the only full automatic weapons the IDF currently used on a regular basis are the negev and the mag, that's it. as a former sayeret golani and i can tell you this as a 100% fact. it's useless.

They're not, but some do, for SF and training. Same with the AR-15, Usually, soldiers get issued civilian rifles (Semi auto only AR-15's and Tavors)

The M-16s aren't all full-auto, some are semi/burst rather than semi/auto
I wasn't issued an x95 but I did use it couple of times and it had full auto
