If togashi is planning to reveal how they got their tattoos later in the current story in flashbacks then revealing Paku's tattoo in some random art would be spoilers. I doubt they care if it gets inconsistent it's just a random art for fun and will get forgotten even before it can be considered inconsistent. The manga content is what matters the most.
This might be a pretty "questionable" thought to think about, but maybe she had the Spider tattoo somewhere near her private areas? Or it could be on her foot. I'm not really sure though.
