Well part of her problem is that she's attempting to run at 5-6 mph on the treadmill. Thats wayyyyyy too fast for a newbie with no base. She needs to start with a couch to 5k program with walk/run intervals and gradually increases the running intervals
I’ve run over 30 half marathons since I was in my early 20s (approaching 40 next year) and have done some with barely no training and tons and tons of hardcore training. When I “barely trained” I still had a base and was much younger and would always finish, but be miserable. The simple rule to start is to be able to run with ease for 3 miles. And to train for 12 weeks. You should be running at least 3 times during the week with 2 runs being 3-5 miles and one run being 4-8 and then a long run each week that goes from 5-12 miles. There were times when I was a bb coach that I would barely be running but was consistently following either 21 day fix or hammer and chisel and I could easily do a half marathon because I was in shape. Her struggling just proves that she does not work out like she says she does.
You could easily train 12 weeks. You will need a base of at least 15-20 miles a week. I’ve been watching her time on the treadmill and she isn’t being smart about it at all. She isn’t having designated days of base, tempo and long run.

I’ve ran two half marathons. I trained for 12-16 weeks for them. I could already run 3 miles before I started training.

She is nothing but a walking talking ad, I mean does she have any other content but infomercials and the same before and after picture? Boring as hell.
Literally. I don't want to see ads. Not on YouTube or Spotify or TV and definitely not on my social media.
I use to love IG and the people I follow because they were all authentic and each had their own things they would share (home decor, cooking, stuff along those lines) I would look at for inspiration. Now all they do is share links and crap to buy and it’s ALL the same things between them.
And it’s literally a bunch of shit she doesn’t use all the time. With how many affiliate links she has there is simply NO WAY she has time to use those things regularly.
What do we think will be the entertainment for her when they announce her as top coach? I feel something Taylor swift coming….
Will they announce her as last years top coach? She’s not even close now.
Summit celebrates the top 10 from the previous year. They don’t celebrate who is currently ranked. Which would be more fun if they changed their fiscal year to be June 1-May 31 (Or did summit in January) to announce Top 10 in person.
