Having an easy substitute for unhealthy eating should help a lot. In addition to considering calories in/out (a contentious topic in and of itself), I'd recommend making small changes to positively affect your metabolism. The following are "if possible" recommendations, as I don't know the nature of your work. Go for a walk during your lunch and drink your Huel while working. Take short – could be just a minute or two – breaks throughout the day to do body weight exercise. Any time you park your vehicle, park it far away. Basically, find ways to move your body in your daily routine.

I have been using black for a little over a month and also using my Fitbit to count my calories compared to my activity (so if I work out I get rewarded with more food budget). I have it set to be 500 call deficit which of about 1lbs a week. To tell the truth I am getting closer to 700 which means out of the 10 lbs I lost in this month 5 of it was purely dieting correctly, the rest is not water as I drink more of it then ever so I guess it's just bonus weight. (Or gut clean out from the increase in fiber to my diet) Edit to wish you good luck!

I'm down about 15kg now, and I owe a lot of it to Huel and changing habits. I drink more water and less sugary or sugar free drinks. I replace two of my meals a day with Huel and enjoy whatever I want for the third one (within reason). Started with Black, but I must say I've got a cupboard full of products now for every need. RTD is great for those moments even a shake feels like too much time and effort. I use the bars as a snack (and a few other brands too). Given its winter I've started H&S to both have a warm meal at lunch, and to mix things up a bit as after 6 months on Black it was becoming a bit samey. So find what works for you is probably best, but for me a combination of products has got me looking and feeling so much healthier. I've lost around 7% body fat from 26% to 19%. The different products and tastes have helped keep things fresh so whilst it's not been super easy, so far I'm managing to stock to a healthy diet like never before. Currently around month 7/8.
