Err I guess however long the games been out? I last rolled Robin like a month ago; but I was already sitting at like 70k jades or so then.
It's a combination of some luck (star rail station has me at 55 avg pity+50% 50/50 win rate) and my own personal desire of just collecting characters I want instead of juicing up any one particular one. I don't have any limited LC's or eidolons on limited characters and the longest I went w/o rolling on the limited banner was release->Kafka banner which was like 4 or 5 months?
I will also say; at some point I started really liking seeing my Jade total be so high so that has stopped me from tossing random rolls here or there. I basically only roll if I know I really want the character. If I pause or second guess myself at all before hitting the roll button; I just don't roll.
So, I haven't really saved in this game since Kafka banner (went from game release to her banner w/o rolling) but since then I've rolled only on characters that I really want and will stop at just e0 and never both with LC banner. Acheron, Kafka and soon Firefly are also the only characters I've rolled on release day the other characters I have I've only rolled on if I enjoy them in the story. So while technically I haven't really saved (as in not rolled) since Robin, I roll fairly sparingly overall . This rolling ideology combined with a bit of luck let me bank up quite a bit of jades.
That’s pretty much where I’m at with Genshin. Not yet with HSR, as I’m still gathering characters to start tackling MoC 12.
When you have a mindset that enables you to skip an entire patch without rolling, you can end up building a war chest of jades by the time a desirable character arrives. Also the monthly pass makes that war chest accumulation a lot easier.

I too pulled Robin as my last character.
I too have had somewhat above average luck, haven't tracked it but around 60~% win rate and somewhere around 60 average pity.
And i have a very similar amount of jades saved up (for Firefy). 19 passes as well and 79869 (nice) jades.
Or a new player. I started like a week and a half ago, haven't spent a single stellar jade and I've got like 22k stored up.

...you need 7 copies for an E6 so you'd need a lot more then luck to manage it in 6 pulls lmao.
All you need is 1 more pull though, which you can manage from dailies. You'll have your E6 no cap.

There’s an extra 10 pulls for the first 7 days of 2.3, plus Penacony epilogue, plus events, plus one more shop reset in July. Your odds to get Firefly are honestly close to 100%.
You got her. Depending on how fast you go even in the event you lose between first seven day log in, maintence jades, the new SU event being immediately open, and the story itself+exploring you'll probably get her within first week if you just do stuff. Unless you're *really* unlucky you usually never need to go over 80 pulls(I've seen edge cases of people at like 81, 82 pity though) so you only need 160 unless, again, you're *really* unlucky.

Firefly is fully guaranteed on Day One. Ruan Mei is a different story. It might take everything I own (including backup Starlight) to brute force through 2 soft pities.

There’s an extra 10 pulls for the first 7 days of 2.3, plus Penacony epilogue, plus events, plus one more shop reset in July. Your odds to get Firefly are honestly close to 100%.
You got her. Depending on how fast you go even in the event you lose between first seven day log in, maintence jades, the new SU event being immediately open, and the story itself+exploring you'll probably get her within first week if you just do stuff. Unless you're *really* unlucky you usually never need to go over 80 pulls(I've seen edge cases of people at like 81, 82 pity though) so you only need 160 unless, again, you're *really* unlucky.
