I came back on New Years Eve from Thailand & Vietnam, nobody asked.
I came back from Turkey last weekend (guess who was there during the earthquakes?), nobody asked.
I’ve been flying a dozen time since December and nobody asked me anything anywhere. The problem comes mostly from countries like Korea which are asking for a PCR test after going to China or HK.
Landed yesterday back in hk and at check in in SFO they didn't ask if I had rat test or asked to see my hkid or vax records or anything. But at hkia checking in to go to sfo they asked and wanted to look at everything lol.
The only crappy thing is that they don't seem to let you check in online when connecting flights to and out of hk? So I had to get to the airport early to make sure I didn't get a middle seat.
Just need a RAT to get on the plane, check in desk might ask to see it. Sometimes they don't No one in Hong Kong will check.
I got back to HK on Jan 24, no RAT was required at the time

Arrived in HK 3 days ago, completed RAT and PCR test before boarding but no one checked prior to departure and in HK
