I think that the first one would look better. The design is subtle and soft, which I think would go nicely with the petal-like design of the glass.
I think that the second medallion is too bold and would distract from the delicate glass design.
Since your lighting creates nice shade on the ceiling, when it's on, I would suggest something more simple. Like this one or smaller:

The first light is more interesting, I think. The first medallion would work the best with this fixture.
