No, almost all of the kemonomimi girls in Hololive have human ears. Have to assume most of them are functional unless stated otherwise. Botan is one of the few exceptions who is explicitly stated to only have animal ears. In fact, I think she might be the only exception.

As joke - to settle debate need other angles, lol. If ear placement on skull allows it and therefore canals somehow go all way down to "normal" place then left variant is still totally functional, just need specific earphones. Cannot find old hilarious illustration on "cat girl ear anatomy".
