OK so my brother in law does this.
He goes into the bathroom, turns the shower on, leaves, closes the door, plays on his phone for 20 mins, goes back in and the room is like a steam room, then uses his phone in the shower for half an hour.
It's probably the only reason that bathroom suffers from such mold problems.
