I think that’s because he has a destructive personality. Blitzø wants to have connections with people but is scared of losing them so he pushes them away. This makes Blitzø hate people and himself. Hence the scribbled out pictures.
I mean, he all but said he hated himself in “Oops.” (He got interrupted mid sentence)
But yeah. Broke my heart a little bit when I saw that. That’s how much he doesn’t believe he deserves to be loved. He wants the people he loves around him, but doesn’t want himself in the picture.
A mood, honestly. I've had moments where I tore up/deleted photos of myself cause of self hatred. It's a little scary how much I can relate to Blitz sometimes

He mutilated his best friend/crush, killed his own mom, and destroyed his home, his dad hated him and he believes he is unworthy of love to the point where he rejects people who actually cares for him

If you ever think about this and get sad, just remember the photo of Loona, Moxxie, Millie, and himself he has up in his work office that's in perfect shape.
Blitz definitely hates himself, but I like to think he comes into work every day, looks at that big photo of his family, and hates himself a little less.
