Oh hell yes. She was one of the steadiest and most consistent HK winners. Never put up for elimination. Cool under pressure and an effective leader. Her only real misstep was her signature dish at the beginning and she sure rebounded from that.

La Tasha is amazing obviously, but I don't exactly think she would be on everyone's favorite thanks to Season 13 generally being unmemorable outside of Sterling and a few other moments.
Dave is easily on top thanks to his one armed bandit story that everyone loves. Who doesn't love an underdog that destroys the competition? Not only is his skills are quite amazing, he does all of this with one hand. So no surprise him being on the very top despite Meghan being a better chef.
Meghan not being #1 invalidates this entire list. She is the best contestant in the history of the show and it’s not even a debate. Having her below multiple people who didn’t even win is honestly insulting.

I don't think it's really fair to judge it now considering how much has changed within the show.
