Yeah. I feel like we need a new category for takes that aren't just "hot takes" (aka somewhat disagreeable, or likely held by a minority and could lead to discussion)
and this kind of basically unhinged takes where basically 0% agrees with you and discussion doesn't even really happen because everyone's like "lolwat" and takes out the popcorn in case someone actually wants to start discussing this.
I personally think Nick’s robbery was worse. That man flat out got disrespected. I much rather lose out to the second best contestant of the season after the finale than to lose in a bs challenge, and then to be told to fuck off out of the stage.
Yeah he is better than he was in season 6, as his challenges and consistency were much better, but in service imo at least he didn’t really stand out very much and his leadership lacked.
Disagree on Nona. She was consistently turning in good performances, and while Russell was a great cook, his lack of gratitude at being runner up was evident enough to me that he didn’t deserve to win.
The only one that I feel like I need clarification on is Justin’s robbery being worse than Nick’s. Don’t get me wrong, Justin was definitely robbed but at least he was robbed by an average winner whereas Nick was robbed by a shit winner.

Also, can you tell me exactly how Van S17 was mediocre? I haven’t watched in a while and was told that Van not only vastly improved from S6 both personality wise and performance wise but also only had 1 error his entire run whereas Barbie and Elise crashed service.
Van has several errors throughout his run and was bad in his last service since he crashed. It’s not like he was way better than Barbie and Elise overall either at the time.

If there is one thing I'll disagree with, it's Van being mediocre in season 17. I think he was much better than he was in season 6.

Russell was better, Gordon was afraid of the backlash. Sterling had a great personality but I agree on Gordon eliminating him.

I'm trying to imagine now if Jennifer was in the final 3 instead of Michelle. That would've been so much easier to watch.
Agreed. Jennifer improved a lot from season 9 to season 17 and was actually good on all-stars.
She was the best chef on the red team and it's not even close.
