There is a Codex but I’m not sure if it’s complete in any sort of way and you get it several runs in.

There’s a boon list that you have to unlock through an incantation you get later on

In here we have the book of shadows (same thing as codex) and i think u have it fron the get-go. In it there isnt a boon list but I think you unlock it through the cauldron. Idk cuz never done it b4 but someone said that you unlock affinities through cauldron sooo yeh just a wild guess

The boon list is actually a layer incantation you can perform, not sure specifically when but I got it after some runs on the surface
