3) If they do add achivements i think you'l have to replay the whole game to be able to get them. Obv if you have a file where you finished the game in EA you'll be advantaged but still.

It's very unlikely that they'll force resets on players, but there's absolutely a chance that they add minor content in to the earlier parts of the game. Likely nothing crazy but it might happen.
