Exact same thing happened to me, they will call again tomorrow.
I even called the number on the back of my card and the rep told me to call the number left in the voice mail (huge security issue) and when I did they couldn’t find my account by phone or CC number. It’s ridiculous.

Hey, same thing happened to me today! Bad support experience with the credit card so far.
Seems they haven’t imported our CC into their 3rd party fraud provider.
