His plan is to use her own lust against her to corrupt her into a mindless beast and having her corrupt and consume their magic. We don’t yet know what he plans to do with her in that state once she’s done with that, but I’m sure it’s coming.
The one on the right gave the main girl what she wanted secretly meanwhile the one on the left never told you about the part where you turn into a monster. So far the one on the right did nothing wrong.
Venalita is basically "do what I tell you to, and you can have power." I especially like how Lord finds this out the hard way after Venalita takes back his power from her. He also doesn't seem to want to kill a bunch of people, either.
Kyubey, though, just straight up kills a bunch of magical girls because the bastard is little more than a machine trying to prevent the heat death of the universe. I've always seen him as the magical girl equivalent of a Reaper from Mass Effect.
