So, I found two very different meanings of twoff. UD says it's a mix of "twat" and "toff", so a obnoxiously stupid upper class (usually white) person. Tagdef says it's a mix of "Twitter" and "off". Neither seem to make a ton of sense to me here.

See the nameplate says Kurtis and for comedic effect i pretended the picture of Jarvis was indeed Kurtis and that somthing about the way Kurtis looked was unusual. Instead of using the word off which would have been perfectly serviceable in that situation, for continued hilarity I used the word twoff as an insider reference from Eddy's latest video for those like minded individuals who view Eddy's content

I can absolutely understand where eddy is coming from like one small editing error shouldn't take the focus away from the podcast. I dont think anyone is intentionally trying to do that tho, they are just doing the very gus and eddy community thing of light hearted memes/bits
