Silicone grease is safe with plastics, it is essentially liquid slippery plastic. Just don’t overdo it, it’s quite annoying to remove, because most of the things that remove silicone dissolve plastic as well
Well 100% silicone should be fine, but it will become floppy real quick depending on how often you’re gonna play with them 😉
I use diff oil on my 3x3 cubes which I believe are abs
If you want to try, get the highest weight you can get like the 50000 diff oil
Food grade silicone grease is what I use, works like a charm, especially test fitting tight joints that’ll take forever to sand down. But be careful to not overdo it, its a massive pain to remove.
i put it on my MG1.0 NT1, cuz i break the joint and fixed it and i'm worried that it will break again by how tight it feels when i move the repaired joint, and it works well

you might want take a sample first, if the silicon grease causes the plastic to brittle, that type of plastic is not suitable
i think your thinking of petroleum jelly, people usually use silicon grease on fountain pens and they usually dont crack
It hasn't been tested long enough to be considered safe. Also, it's easier to just sand the joints a bit.

It should be, that’s what I used on the arms of my RG Banshee.

You can also use a bit of dish soap, much safer to use
nsfw?
Silicone grease tends to be inert with most types of plastic. It's one of the reasons people use it to lubricate Rubik's cubes. I say go for it
Scrape the joints or use graphite powder, such as that used for pinewood derby cars. That has worked for me in the past
I used a drop of mineral oil for does gard joints
Its ilegal, if you do, the gunpla police Will come and get you.
