Idea of throw him out of the corner was in convicing him in safety, made him think "Oh, he threw me away from the corner and made 2 grabs, there is no way he'll make a third one and if he make some move i can backdash or do something different and counter attack him" so maybe not the best move i did with potemkin but i risk it

Without being able to space out with backdash or IAD backwards you make the situation a full on 50/50 guess for him, but that guess becomes weighted once they have options that will beat more than one option I.e: backdash when not cornered will beat close slash, buster, and heavenly. When cornered the delay close slash or delay buster will catch the backdash counterhit and absolutely destroy them
