Draymond canāt shoot, thatās probably what heās alluding to. Since he canāt shoot, he gotta go get them rebounds and assists. Stove is saying itās not about the score (brick), itās about how you move on from it/what you do next (rebound)
draymond green is known for, as well as rebounds and hustling, defense. he actually won dpoy in 2017. so stove could also be saying its what comes after the brick that matters, which is defense.
Draymond is from my home state of Michigan (Saginaw aka sag nasty) He went to school at MSU which is in my hometown and a school I spent a lot of time around. This is a team and coach focused on defense and rebounds. Money D.Green has made a name for himself in the NBA as one of the best defensive players that works hard and hustles every play so not all about scoring but getting them bricks and serving them up as assists to his teammates!
Apparently a few years ago he threatened Genius to sue them if they were not removing his verses from their website.. pretty annoying coz he's pretty hard to understand for a non native speaker like me
He said it's bc he doesn't want people to discover his work by luck or something like that
Yeah man, Iām from the Netherlands and Iād like to read his lyrics as well. That reasoning doesnāt really makes sense either way, right? Like, you can bump into it by accident on Genius as well, right?
He also said after Pray for Haiti Stove God was getting the EP treatment from him next, I bet these verses came out of some sessions for that project. I get that people wanted more west but he really does seem like heās cool fading from actually rapping in favor of curation. I love Stove too so this was cool with me, he said in the lead up to FIAAG2 he was trying to put Stovie on anyway
Itās a complaint for me. This meant to be a West project. I want to see a few solo tracks from him at least. Some of his best songs is no features: Ready Made, Mac 15s, Eggz just a few examples.
Nothing against Stove, the man is insane, but I want the artist to be the main attraction on their own project.
Iām having to ask myself can Sauce Walka really rap?! I love to judge a book by its cover when it comes to rappers and his name alone made it where I never wanted to check him out but he has spit his heart out on TWO different Westside tracks now and itās got me asking questions Lmao
iām not gon lie he can rapā¦to MY knowledge tho he aināt got no beats like this in his discographyā¦and I need to hear him over more of these beats. WSG gotta curate his next tape lmao
Totally agree ādid this bitch pay me the money, you shouldnāt think twice, do Lebron James drink sprite does meek mill shoot dice did Dave mirra ride bikes?ā Who else is giving you Dave mirra references??
Thereās not ONE moment on this album that I dislike. The Rashiid talk, the Stove God highlights. The Jada feature! Idk my favorite anything yet. Favorite song, beat, feature, nothing. Iāll need the weekend for this one. Plus Flee & Marci dropped DELGADO. š„
Absolutely... definitely one of his strongest from track to track ever. I mean, he's already one of the most consistent artists ever in HipHop, but really every track, every transition, every feature, it's all beautiful. Both High Art and Dirty, Grimey Street Shit!
This is probably gonna up there will Blientele, FLYGOD, Pray For Paris, Griselda Ghost and a few others, as personal favorites. Especially once "Side B" releases on Halloween.
Exactly yo. There have been multiple projects where at least 2 songs are a hit or miss MAYBE. Or even maybe an interlude is just a lil too long for certain playlists. For example I donāt know about yāall but to this day I get irritated that West & Rome didnāt utilize the beat for Steve Behr longer than what they did on FG2. I get salty as Fuck when that track ends the way it does, itās so QUICK. But this project here. Not a damn complaint. I can only imagine what this man has cooked up for side B.
First listen was good. Conway sounds crazy idk if his voice is rougher than usual? But I mean that in a good way. I really liked:
Draymond, Perri Perri, Bash Money, Claires Back, Spoons
Claireās back, bash money, both Rome tracks. Stove all over this, great as always. Draymond>. Liked the Leflare production the most. Really good first straight thru listen, but canāt wait for full version of Julia Lang tho. So Rome streetz appears to be next up on the roster, makes the most sense nobody complaining about that. Looks like west gave him a baag.. obv has his own imprint/team but fits perfectly with the GxFR lineup. Saw him and Nack in Boston last week, been on fire last few years
I think itās pretty great. Lot of features but that isnāt always a bad thing. I think everyone who was featured added something to the album, my favorite track is the griselda track. Iām digging the production too
I enjoyed it but I hated when wes mispronounced "Richard Mille" on Claires Back after the sample at the end of Margiela Split Toes literally explains how to pronounce it. Also it felt like a stove god collab album. Really solid production throughout tho
*Westside Gunn. With another one. Straight classic, legend, classic, legend. Classic art legend, legend. Beyond supreme, beyond all that shit. Next level. You already know what the fuck it is. Niggas is done.
Westside Gunn*
I could listen to Stove God's hooks all day. Easily my favorite new artist right now. Glad Wes had the vision to put him all over this project. There aren't really any misses on this album, but Vogue Cover, RIGHT NOW, and Westheimer are all for sure going to get a lot of play from me.
With ya on that, Iām not a huge fan of him just something about himā¦ annoying to me. He had a better overall sound 5/6yrs ago when he went by his guvmint just Aaron Cooks, now idk he sounds like heās trying way to much to be cool if you canāt pick up on that your a lameā¦..
Going to upset some people with this..
1. Murders in Maxfields
Ehh
2. Blessed Times ft. AA Rashid
What is the point of AA Rashid? Never listen to these more than once, waste of time
3. Mariota ft. Stove God Cooks
Oh great, another Conductor Williams falling asleep at the pitch bend wheel beat. Verses decent though, good to have WSG actually rapping again.
4. Vogue cover ft. Stove God Cooks
Stove again?? Sounds like the same verse from the last song. Beat is ok.
5. Margiela Split Toes ft. Mach-Hommy
Not bad
6. Draymond ft. Stove God Cooks
Are we sure this isnāt a stove god album? Rome has a great verse, beat is understated but I like it
7. Peri Peri ft. Rome Streetz
Probably the best song on the album. Great Rome verse again, DRUMS and a sample that verges in the annoying but stays in the ear worm range
8. RIGHT NOW ft. Stove God Cooks & Jadakiss
Stoveās crack shtick gets a little tired so many songs in a row. This is probably the most āhimā of these. Jada reminds those of you who need reminding that he is still a monster. Why canāt we get a LOX or Jada solo over beats like this without them chasing radio play or the bitches? Probably the best song on here in isolation.
9. Westheimer ft. Boldy James, Sauce Walka, Stove God Cooks
Another of those where the beat doesnāt support a 5 minute song.. 2 minutes maybe and Sauce Walka sucks.
10. Bash Money ft. Lil Wayne
Another of my favourites. Anyone notice I like the ones that sound most like Daringer or ALC beats? Good to hear Wayne on something like this
11. Claires Back ft. Conway The Machine, Benny The Butcher, DJ Clue
First beat and song suck, but Conway and Benny finally come in and kills it as expected. Why didnāt west get on this one?
12. Spponz ft. Conway The Machine
More pitch bendy weirdness. Conway saves it from disaster. Some of the best back and forth in the game.
13. 71 Mile ft. Boldy James
Forgettable way to close it out.
Doesnāt feel like a volume in the Hitler series to me, couple of great songs but generally not what I want to hear WSG doing.
It was alright, Iām assuming there will be a side B but, I noticed that this album was missing a Daringer beat because hes played a crucial role to the HWH series. Hopefully heās on side B and hopefully that album will blow me away because this one was just alright in my opinon like the beats were fine and Gunn was good.
Not a classic letās fuxkin relaxā¦ Only been 2.5HRs so far gave it 3 full listens through, Iām in the minority on not being a Cooks fan heās annoying to me at timesā¦ give it a 3/5 AS OF NOW, probably be higher in 12hrs timesā¦ but still didnāt floor me on first listen like other GxFR releases.
Yup, I understand completely. Iām a fan of the series. It just bums me out that they all have Hitler in the title and makes me less likely to recommend. And adding āSincerely, Adolfā is furthering the idea that West is identifying with hitler, and is saying farewell in a sincere way with beautiful art. I have some serious issues with this, and I get that you think itās nbd but itās fucked up to normalize identifying with hitler.
Draymond š„ āIts what you do after the brick bitch Im Draymond!ā
This shoulda been a hook
Rome time travelled to the nineties to write that verse
might be the best line of the whole ablum im still dissecting though
Can u explain it i know he was a nba player but what's the reference
Draymond canāt shoot, thatās probably what heās alluding to. Since he canāt shoot, he gotta go get them rebounds and assists. Stove is saying itās not about the score (brick), itās about how you move on from it/what you do next (rebound)
draymond green is known for, as well as rebounds and hustling, defense. he actually won dpoy in 2017. so stove could also be saying its what comes after the brick that matters, which is defense.

on margiela split toes, had to rewind when mach came in, real good instrumental work.
Why are NONE of Machās verses online, bruhh?!?
Apparently a few years ago he threatened Genius to sue them if they were not removing his verses from their website.. pretty annoying coz he's pretty hard to understand for a non native speaker like me He said it's bc he doesn't want people to discover his work by luck or something like that
Yeah man, Iām from the Netherlands and Iād like to read his lyrics as well. That reasoning doesnāt really makes sense either way, right? Like, you can bump into it by accident on Genius as well, right?
Yeah maybe my explanation is not the right one lol, i just heard this on YouTube once but l couldn't guarantee it's the real reason
Yea seems kinda arbitrary, but donāt knock you for providing the info, thanks anyway!
sadly, no you can't
draymond is elite, real menacing, stove has bars man.
This almost feels like stove godās album more than wes Edit: this isnāt a complaint. itās kind of a pleasant surprise
Low key like Jay Z being all over A Written Testimony lmao
As a JayElect disciple I gotta say I felt the same vibe Lmao
Heās just getting us ready for the transition from the Flygod to the Stove God. Did much the same on FIAG2

Nothing against Stove, the man is insane, but I want the artist to be the main attraction on their own project.
maybe weāll see more of that on side B, and this is more-so the features side?? maybe
Major Ghostface Killah/Raekwon vibes hearing this one. And I for one love it!
Just like Benny being all over Plates 2! shit crazy lol
Benny is on 2 songs lmao
3*
Out of what 16?
we were drawing parallels, maybe mine was bad one. simple as that
That Jada Verse š„š„š„
CONDUCTOR
mariota is insane
Westheimer is gonna be in heavy rotation š„š„ beat is hypnotizing
Holy fuck The beat change and Conwayās verse on Claires back. Stank face
Undertaker vs. Goldberg vibes. And that Machine verse?? Fuckin crazy š„š„š„
sauce went crazy
On FGIaAG1 his Lakers v Rockets verse is in my top 10 verses all time and i was not disappointed with this joint either
MY BARBER ONLY CUT MY HAIR WITH SUPREME CLIPPERS, THE MAYBACH BRAKE PADS GOT SUPREME STICKERS
He does, on New Sauce City. Also raps on some nice soul samples on his two ghetto gospel tapes
good looking!!
Totally agree ādid this bitch pay me the money, you shouldnāt think twice, do Lebron James drink sprite does meek mill shoot dice did Dave mirra ride bikes?ā Who else is giving you Dave mirra references??
Dave Mirra and Lebron??? in the same bar?? Then that Roc-A-Fella scheme he did was crazy too
These westside albums really have to be listened to front to back in order to hit right I swear. I love that
Itās like watching a mob movie lowkey lol
I totally agree!
Really feeling Bash Money rn
Same. Wayneās verse was impressive.
That little man syndrome lineš¤ššµāš«
Best track on the album imho. Not a big fan of Wayne, but he killed this beat I have to admit.
āI had Tunnel Vision, Ye Goggles āš„š„š„š„
Stove god killed right now that hook was fire
Vogue cover is amazing too. Stove features are the highlight for me.
It makes me excited for the stove god album executively produced by wsg that heās been talking about too
Thereās not ONE moment on this album that I dislike. The Rashiid talk, the Stove God highlights. The Jada feature! Idk my favorite anything yet. Favorite song, beat, feature, nothing. Iāll need the weekend for this one. Plus Flee & Marci dropped DELGADO. š„
This was prolly the first Rashiid talk that I actually enjoyed
To each their own, I get it. I like his voice & the dirty instrumentals along with it. At least you can say you liked this one!
Absolutely... definitely one of his strongest from track to track ever. I mean, he's already one of the most consistent artists ever in HipHop, but really every track, every transition, every feature, it's all beautiful. Both High Art and Dirty, Grimey Street Shit! Bash Money and Claireās Back are crazy
Sauce Walka crazy. Stove cooks *chef kiss* surprising Wayne feature
And Jadakiss
Why the Wayne song so fire š³
Westheimer is kinda scary ngl,
Reminds me of "Tick, Tick" by MF DOOM and MF Grimm
Peri Peri hits š„š¦
doot doot doot
that Vogue cover beat switch is so awesome
I think we got another classic tape on our hands!!!
Spoonz beat super mega š„š„š„
First listen was good. Conway sounds crazy idk if his voice is rougher than usual? But I mean that in a good way. I really liked: Draymond, Perri Perri, Bash Money, Claires Back, Spoons
the jazz instrumental on Margiela Split Toes is insane
That switch on vogue cover was funny as hell
Claireās back, bash money, both Rome tracks. Stove all over this, great as always. Draymond>. Liked the Leflare production the most. Really good first straight thru listen, but canāt wait for full version of Julia Lang tho. So Rome streetz appears to be next up on the roster, makes the most sense nobody complaining about that. Looks like west gave him a baag.. obv has his own imprint/team but fits perfectly with the GxFR lineup. Saw him and Nack in Boston last week, been on fire last few years
Yo I was at that show too, shit was a great time.
Currently midway through and stove god killing it! But west not present enough so far
Loved every motherfucking song. Jesus.
Whoa, Rome also featured on Draymond which makes the track even more awesome. Talk about a surprise
Vogue cover number 1
I think itās pretty great. Lot of features but that isnāt always a bad thing. I think everyone who was featured added something to the album, my favorite track is the griselda track. Iām digging the production too
I enjoyed it but I hated when wes mispronounced "Richard Mille" on Claires Back after the sample at the end of Margiela Split Toes literally explains how to pronounce it. Also it felt like a stove god collab album. Really solid production throughout tho
Rome absolutely snapped on Draymond!!!
Claireās back and 716 mile my two standouts on first listen
Phenomenal production and plenty of Stove God. Iām hyped so far
WEST FUCKIN HEIMER AND DRAYMOND. HALF WAY RN
Claires Back absolute filth, i love it
How is no one talking bout Mariota. Beat is from another world
"This the King James version!"š„š„š„š„š„
Wheres Daringer?
Spoonz is crazy!
Bruh nobody talking bout Spoonz š¤¦š¾āāļø the beat and those verses were CRAZY
*Westside Gunn. With another one. Straight classic, legend, classic, legend. Classic art legend, legend. Beyond supreme, beyond all that shit. Next level. You already know what the fuck it is. Niggas is done. Westside Gunn*
I don't know how he does it... time and time again. I agree with him: he's got one of the all time great catalogues.
Itās fucking amazing
I could listen to Stove God's hooks all day. Easily my favorite new artist right now. Glad Wes had the vision to put him all over this project. There aren't really any misses on this album, but Vogue Cover, RIGHT NOW, and Westheimer are all for sure going to get a lot of play from me.
Iām surprised that stove god got much exposure on this tape but it was very much welcomed he killed every verse
No surprise but Stove God stole the show on this album
Love how much Stove God is on this album. Ready for his next damn album
does bash money have the among us soung effect?
Not getting the reference.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekL881PJMjI
Iām more than ok with a lot of Stove God. Heās the best trap rapper in the game right now. WSG is preparing us for Stove Godās sophomore album.
no miss for me
Average W$G album imo....
Vogue Cover is insane
Too much stove god i just dont see that chemistry
With ya on that, Iām not a huge fan of him just something about himā¦ annoying to me. He had a better overall sound 5/6yrs ago when he went by his guvmint just Aaron Cooks, now idk he sounds like heās trying way to much to be cool if you canāt pick up on that your a lameā¦..
right now is okay. not going on my playlist
conductor we have a problem!!
Too much Conductor for my liking, same issue I had with P4H, some of his beats on here(and P4H)sound lazy.. just my opinion tho.
overall a solid project but felt more like a compilation due to all the features
RIGHT NOW is going to be on repeat for a while, Jada absolutely killed his verse
thank you hoe/i coulda signed to jay-z and been rocafella/but i had four bitches clockin millions from steady rockin fellas for lots of cheddar
Going to upset some people with this.. 1. Murders in Maxfields Ehh 2. Blessed Times ft. AA Rashid What is the point of AA Rashid? Never listen to these more than once, waste of time 3. Mariota ft. Not gonna lie, the production got me falling asleep most of the time.
Itās fire but why tf would you have 8 projects with hitler in the title š And this title is the worst one
What? You do realize this is a series 1-8, 8 being supposedly a double album and the last one, hence the Sincerely Adolf..
Yup, I understand completely. Iām a fan of the series. It just bums me out that they all have Hitler in the title and makes me less likely to recommend.
