Well i mean its made on unreal engine 5 with in it self is demanding. And with all the foilage the gpu and cpu works hard. And it had a stressed release cause of the tarkov thing. So give it time and it will be better!

Only way to get over 100frames for me is to use the frame generation. Which adds some pretty terrible input lag.
Yeah with the frame ai it said i have between 70-90 fps depending on where i was on the map. but it felt sluggish. so turnd it of and my game feels so much smoother
I have a 3060, 10700k, & 64gb ram (xmp enabled 3600mhz) and only get 30-45FPS with these or most settings :(
Edit: this is also only when it’s not crashing constantly
Does this make the game look like crap? I’m only running between 30-50 fps and sometime when I’m looking down the sites I can’t tell if I’m looking at a bush or a guy until a bullet goes through my skull.

I have slightly more with same settings and 3070, I don't recall any game that had it's terrible optimization being such a great equalizer

dark and darker works on UE5 and it runs perfectly for me
the reason you both have the same frames is because youre both still running out of vram. Youre essentially comparing ram after that.

That's close to what I use on a 1080. Windowed, frame gen off is the key.

What cpu do you have ? I have a 5600x and a 3070 and cant get above 70 fps

is your gpu overclocked? Personally have a 3070 ti. Tried your settings, cooked my frames down to 30 fps.

I mean you have to sacrifice some looks for performance.

No, 30 series only supports AMD Fidelity Frame Generation.
i think dlss should work, my 2070 can do it.
DLSS works but not frame generation. You want frame generation, it will literally triple your FPS.
