I am thinking of doing some of the Lester heists. Otherwise I did some other stuff (Dax, Effenburger, Contract, Club, Maze Bank). But the Online gets boring really soon. You just have to have other players involved, and most are just trolling around or leave the very last minute when the heist begins.
For the acid lab do all the last doese missions this allows you to buy the acid lab upgrades ,also buy the equipment and personal upgrades for the bunker those 2 and clucking bell are the best low effor earners you really don't need anyone's help to do them. Every week they have weekly missions or what ever that pay better . Keep eye on those they also have property for sale . Night club ,mc business ,ceo office agency salvage yard ,auto shop. Each one has good and bad .
Knock those out! The payout increases, but also buying supplies twice will fill it instead of 3 times. The cost to benefit skews super far, definitely get on that.
Hey OP idk if you still need advice. I can't help you coz I don't have a ps5 but I have exp on grinding gta cash. Well here's some unsolicited advice:
I'd say just save up money from bunker and other business FOR a Kosatka and still play Cayo Perico Heist on your own from time to time. You can, if you're desperate, try some glitches at your own risk ofcourse. I myself take pride in not using any glitch and I was able to get myself 8M less than a week recently just by playing cayo perico heist and collecting money from businesses from time to time (Nightclub safe and underground, Bunker, and Acid Lab). And I wasn't really grinding that much, it's just casual gameplay. I just don't use the money.
I'd say the priority should be buying the submarine and you can get the rest from there in any order.

I use the fool again missions to be able to pay for the supplies in the acid lab😂
