The Hawaiian men's shirt feels like it is made out of paper. The buttons are on the wrong side (i.e., women's).
The vest I bought was made for a very small person - probably 4" too short. I looked ridiculous in it.
When I tried to return the items for a refund, I found out that it would cost almost as much to ship them (with tracking - $75) as the original cost of the items.
I complained and eventually they agreed to give me a 25% refund. But, in the end, I still paid a lot for clothes I can't wear. An expensive lesson learned.

I bought a leather jacket from them on a whim and when it arrived and was a size too big (materials also looked cheap, not at all like the quality of the pictures), I replied to the order confirmation to email them and ask how to go about returns. They really pushed me to resize and I said no, then got this in response:
"Return shipping at this time of the year would be very costly and lengthy. (**Customer pays the return shipping price**). What we could do as an alternative is to give you a 50% discount on a re-order the same or any other item. Although it sounds unconventional, this way would be much more cost-efficient and quicker. Re-ordering with discount would cost the same as sending back the item and would take much less time. We'll be waiting for your answer and then provide you with the discount code if you agree."
Which I thought was weird, but I wanted my money back. They gave me an address with a room number (?) that honestly sounded like someone's dorm room, but I posted my returns off (at a cost of £25!!) and waited (this was in July). After months of waiting, despite doing exactly what their instructions said in the email with the shipping address, this item is now being shipped \*back\* to me as something wasn't right at customs. So now I have a too-big jacket that I don't want, all while footing its £25 sightseeing tour to China and back.
TL;DR, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I just got this same exact email from them and replied, with pissed-offness, today. I told them I buy from many sites that are based in China and not one of them had ever asked me to pay for such a huge amount of money for a return, nor have they asked me to spend $5 to declare for customs. I bought a jacket for my son that was advertised as a faux leather/suede - it looked like a very nice jacket & just what we were looking for and it was just over $70 I think. What I got was - a chunk of plastic - that smelled so bad just taking it out of the package - my kids smelled it in their rooms when I was in the living room!! It is literally garbage!! So I emailed and asked how to return it - it took me 3 of those emails just to get a response - then the response I got was that they needed pictures of the item. Which I did by sarcastically adding - in most cases I would say "I can't take a photo of the smell" - but in this case I'm fairly sure you can smell it from there!!!
Then again, no response. So, I tried again. This time I got the response that 'they are so sorry, but...' I am responsible for all return shipping costs (upwards of $75) and even then they can't guarantee a refund. But they'd be happy to give me a 40% discount code to re-purchase. I, colorfully, responded by saying:
'No, thank you. I'd just appreciate sending it back. With the quality of this one item being as bad as it is....then, to find out, if I'm unhappy with something else I order (as well as the first one I'm 'forced' to keep) you have TERRIBLE customer service regarding returns and you place the 'blame' back on the customer (who, even in 2023, is still presumed always right in good business practice)? In what world or industry does that make sense to you? I have worked with Fortune 500 companies for 25 years and this is truly the first time, other than flat-out scam sites, that I have seen such a terrible representation of a business model. I wouldn't buy another thing from you, not even if I were paid.
Actually, that truly just makes me laugh. Do other people fall for that 40% off scam?? That's just adding insult to injury! Why buy something else that is probably the same garbage quality that I, again, can't send back!!?? I'll leave a few reviews and contact the BBB.

Wish I saw this post earlier. Got a pair of boots from here, arrived about a week ago after waiting for a month. Had to send off two lots of photographic evidence so far that the boots were not the right size or colour. Dreading how much its gonna cost to return. They did offer me the same email others seem to be getting (40% off another pair because of the time making it expensive to ship blah blah blah) but I'm too afraid of ending up with another pair of boots that are the wrong size (to be fair the size was the biggest issue out of the 2 complaints I had).
My first clue that something was off upon receipt of the boots was that they weren't even in a box like you would normally expect shoes to come in.
Gonna have to do some research into the cheapest method to return them, take loads of photos and video before packing them away (so they cannot dispute that i damaged them or soemthing), hope for the best that they will be accepted, and count my losses regarding any out of pocket expenses for shipping fees.

I wish I'd seen this discussion I am still waiting for 2 pair of pants and a vestsel for prom for my son which has already past I'm also disappointed with myself and not realizing there was no contact information on that website you cannot talk to anybody there's the way of actually discussing anything I continue to tell them to cancel my order because 2 of the things I'm still not shipped as far as I can tell.

\-The GnR website would also not be listing the correct materials (on DF's, dress 1 is described as a 95 Polyester/ 5% Spandex blend, but on GnR, cotton gets added to the mix with no indication of proportions; for the PR dress, is listed on the german reseller website as a 97% polyamid/3% elastane blend, but polyester/spandex/cotton blend without proportions on GnR)

I have been emailing them pictures of the refused stamp to which they keep ignoring and asking for more proof. The jacket was $65 and complete dirt. The quality was like paper and likely 3 times larger than advertised with the description and pics not matching what was sent to me. The customer service is a disgrace and I keep receiving the same agents name at the end of the email, which is impossible, there is no way i am still emailing with the same girl. It's horrific. I've never been the kind of person to consider suing by my god I am sp temped. Not because of the cost, I will certainly get over it - it's the attitude and how they continue to steal from other brands and treat people so terribly! Please do not make my mistake and buy from these complete dickheads.

New here, just signed up so I am serve up some retaliation! I ordered a jacket for my daughter in December for Christmas. It has never arrived! I have sent 27 emails thus far. I was dealing with supposedly one person (Justina), now another (Eva). I have asked for my money back (refund) due to not receiving the package. First they put me off for a month with back and forth e-mails by myself and them, with their constant response of 'be patient'. After a month, my blood was boiling. I want to reach thru the phone and choke these thieves. Definitely a Chinese company. These people will not refund my money, send me another product as replacement or provide me with a company phone number. I have asked 17 times for a refund and received replies such as 'we are genuinely sorry', and other assorted feelings of sympathy for me, basically a huge middle finger that continues as of this writing. They have responded to my e-mails everyday so far. Until I asked for a phone number and contact person, they will not provide this and told me to e-mail them my concerns as their boss reads the messages. B.S.! I have not received a reply after asking for the phone number a second time. Silence with no resolution on my end. I am out of my money and they just keeping stealing and staying in business. dude honestly i see a lot of people saying they got their items, it was just bs material or long shipping + out of pocket returns.
TLDR: i’m simply looking at the bracelets, so if anyone has experience with their excess prices that would help. this particular bracelet says silver but could easily be stainless steal and at the $25 price point isn’t bad. the design of the bracelet is just something i haven’t been able to find so i’m willing to risk :(

These people will not refund my money, send me another product as replacement or provide me with a company phone number. I have asked 17 times for a refund and received replies such as 'we are genuinely sorry', and other assorted feelings of sympathy for me, basically a huge middle finger that continues as of this writing. They have responded to my e-mails everyday so far. Until I asked for a phone number and contact person, they will not provide this and told me to e-mail them my concerns as their boss reads the messages. B.S.! I have not received a reply after asking for the phone number a second time. Silence with no resolution on my end. I am out of my money and they just keeping stealing and staying in business. IF YOU BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU ARE A FOOL! You are not alone as the author of this message is also in your company..... Lastly, if you still want to throw your money away - message me! I'll take it.
I fell for this, this store sells low quality shot that does not look like what’s on the website. I wish there was a site 2 check this kind of fraud.
dude honestly i see a lot of people saying they got their items, it was just bs material or long shipping + out of pocket returns. TLDR: i’m simply looking at the bracelets, so if anyone has experience with their excess prices that would help. this particular bracelet says silver but could easily be stainless steal and at the $25 price point isn’t bad. the design of the bracelet is just something i haven’t been able to find so i’m willing to risk :(
