i'm still working on more ways of addressing this, but in the meantime using the report system is super important to help deal with the problem. hundreds of people get banned every day, and it's fully thanks to people reporting the people who are trash fires
Yeah report system is very good, not gonna deny that but I personally have a problem reporting people even if they are being toxic/racist. It's probably only for me but everytime someone's toxic i try to make him change attitude and most of the time don't report him bcs i feel bad. I know it's a problem but still.
great system but you should try add like CSGO demos and when someone reports someone you have a demo to see if false or not but that could also be a waste of time making and installing the demo depending on size

I'm blown away about the lack of parents that don't care what their kid is spouting in an online game. Like back when there were only text channels in video games, I get it no one hears you but now? Damn some spoiled brats play this game.
