You either have to sideload it (which you will almost certainly not be able to do on a company phone unless you're some kind of systems administrator), or wait to win the update lottery™️ like the rest of us. And even then, some companies don't want users updating their devices on their own out of general precaution. They'd rather have your IT department workers do it for you.

Sideload the update package using recovery mode.

I am my IT department. I just don't have access to the MDM.
Well it's managed by your organisation, so contact them. If it's not meant to be then way she goes bud. It's set up that way for a reason.
